About this property

Our cottages are located within a safe and family home, where my family and I live.
The beach is less than 50 m from the residential, just cross the street. We are surrounded (in the middle) by the beaches of Maresias and Cambury, very close to the beach of Baleia, Juquey among many other beautiful beaches.
Our location is the best in Boiçucanga, right next to the mall, which has an Extra market, restaurants, banks, several stores, a pharmacy, etc ...
The car only leaves the parking lot if you want to stroll around, because all the shops and the beach do not require a car.

O local é excelente, ao lado de um centro comercial, a 50m da praia em local tranquilo e seguro. Os proprietários habitam no condomínio e são muito simpáticos, gentis e atenciosos.
