Very comfortable apartment

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment. We enjoyed being in a more residential area and there were good restaurants and diners close by. As well as an easy subway journey we enjoyed getting the ferry in from Astoria to Manhattan which gave great views of New York .

good spacious apartment

We stayed here 4 nights in August. Thankfully it has good air-con. Very clean spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a dressing room which could be used I guess as another small bedroom. It is well equipped, we found everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Some toiletries provided. Towels provided. Unfortunately the nearest subway station was closed during our stay so it meant a bit of a walk to get the train into Manhattan. There is a good small supermarket just across the road and the area has restaurants. It was quiet. and seems to be an OK area. There are a lot of steep steps up tp the apartment so probably not suitable for the less able; I struggled to get a heavy case up the stairs. Would stay again.

Good size apartment close to Broadway subway station.

Very good standard of accommodation with two large bedrooms and excellent kitchen and sitting room. Right on the corner of Broadway and Cresent St so very close to subway. Would recommend for a family.

Really well presented apartment in a terrific location - great choice!

Spacious, clean, well appointed, very secure and everything you can reasonably expect with an owner who was super quick to respond to any query that we may have had. A busy neighbourhood with almost endless dining choices all within a 10 mins radius and the subway approx 4 mins walk. Beats staying in Manhattan every day of the week - this is the real New York and highly recommended.

Great apartment for family in an amazing neighborhood of Astoria, Queens

The apartment is a prime location for access to the best of Astoria and get a feel of living in a diverse and bustling NYC neighborhood. The rooms with its vast windows provides great views of buildings of LIC and Central Park S. Just off the apartment is Broadway where one can indulge in great food of various cuisines and shop for daily needs, groceries, etc. The N/W train is just 5-10 mins walk from the apartment which can be taken to other part of Queens, BK, Manhattan, etc. Additionally, there is the option to also take the NY Ferry from Astoria Terminal just a short walk / car ride away. A short train / car ride takes you to Ditmars Blvd with its great restaurants and also path to Astoria Park for a great relaxing morning / evening walk. This was a great place for the family and we enjoyed our stay. Anna responded to every queries promptly and we did not have any issues. Hope to be back.
