Everything that we wanted and more for our first family holiday to Florida.

We absolutely loved our stay in this family home which was in a great location for all the parks and local amenities. It had everything we needed and there were clear instructions found within on how to use everything. We were first time visitors to Florida and the information booklet that the owners had put together provided invaluable information about everything we needed to know, including restaurants, maps, directions etc. The pool was fantastic and well maintained. Our daughters absolutely loved it, especially after a long day at the parks! We had late changes in our flight times which were out with our control and the owner Chris was very understanding about this and all other queries that we had. We would definitely recommend this home to any of our family and friends planning on visiting Orlando.

Second time at this home just as good as the first

Another excellent stay at Chris and Elaine's lovely home, house was lovely very clean and welcoming . Pool was excellent struggled to get my son out it to go to the parks. hopefully be back to stay soon .

Excellent Holiday in a fabulous Villa

We've just returned from a fantastic holiday in Chris and Elaine's Villa. We've been to Orlando many times over the years but always stayed in hotels, this was our first ever stay in a villa and I can happily say that we'll never stay in a hotel again! The Villa is lovely and spacious, has a lovely homely feel to it, we felt like we could relax as soon as we walked through the door, lovely and clean and tidy and the pool was amazing - when we were looking at Villas we were told that we must MUST book a villa with a south facing pool, so I was slightly nervous when we booked this villa, but for anyone wondering, there's absolutely no reason to be concerned, the sun shines all day on the pool, coming back on an afternoon from the parks to have a dip and a snooze was always a highlight of our day! The beds were lovely and comfy, plenty of wardrobe space for all our clothes too. The only complaint I would have, if I was absolutely FORCED to give one, would be the main shower in the master bedroom wasn't as powerful as the one over the bath - but that's being REALLY picky. I still used the big shower every day, so it clearly didn't bother me! Kitchen was great, my Dad's favourite place to be - he loved all the equipment available to use, and the ice cube maker in the freezer was the BEST! I loved the settees - so comfortable, in fact I've come home wanting to buy a new settee with recliner in! The owners are lovely too, very helpful during the booking process even though we didn't know exact dates at first, Chris was great with us. The only time we had to contact Chris and Elaine while we were at the Villa was due to the fact one of the blinds had come off and I wanted to know if they had any attachments for us to try and repair it - Chris replied straight away and the blind was fixed while we were out the next day - can't fault that! The villa is in a perfect location, close to Walmart and Publix. It took us 11 minutes to get to Animal Kingdom and not much more to get to the other Disney parks, Universal was about 20-25 minutes away. For us, we spent a lot less time travelling to and from the parks this year, seemed like we were always going the opposite way to all the traffic jams, it was perfect! We've only been home 3 days and I'm already wishing I was back! Thank you Chris and Elaine for allowing us to stay in your wonderful home, we'll definitely be back!

Amazing Home

We stayed for 2 weeks in August. Everything was perfect and as described. The booking process was handled smoothly with all information received in advance. We especially enjoyed the table tennis and pool table in the garage, all rooms spacious and the pool was great and not overlooked by any surrounding properties. The drive to Universal and Seaworld were around 20-30mins and very close to lots of restaurants and supermarket. This is the 2nd time we have stayed in a home in Florida and this is by far the best. Small details were really appreciated - ice machine, plenty of cutlery and utensils, free local calls, usb plugs for charging electronics. We were a family of 3 and didn't use one of the lounges due to size - this home would be comfortable for a party 6. Would not have any hesitation in going back or recommending to others.
