A beautiful studio in a perfect location
We spent 4 nights in Motif2 & couldn't believe how comfortable it was both inside and out. Beautifully furnished & fitted out & the snuggler (love seat) turned into a very comfy bed in seconds.(My sister & I take it in turns to have the put-me-up/camp bed/kiddy's bed, but this time we both struck lucky!)
The location was perfect - just an easy walk into the busy centre of Rockport & Back Bay but a peaceful spot to return to.
Thank you Sally & Francis for letting us stay in your beautiful studio & for your great hospitality. Wish we could have stayed longer..

This is the one!
If you’re staying in the area, this is your place! Sally and Frank have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and convenient. They were very thoughtful with everything they have set up. They also offered great recommendations for where to go in the area. They’re wonderful hosts! The house itself is great! It’s super clean and well stocked with anything you’ll need, including a view of the water right from the deck. It was very hard to leave!
