About this property

This could be your dream vacation villa/home located 4 1/2 miles from Disney's entrance in a family friendly resort community of Windsor Palms. Sea World, Universal Studios, Gatorland and many more attractions are within 10 miles. Our large 4 bedroom/3 bathroom home can accommodate 8 people with the children's room decorated in Mickey Mouse theme (sleeps 4). Two dining areas accommodate 8- 10 plus people and a breakfast bar allows for family visiting and eating. The game room has a foosball table for indoor entertainment as well as four TVs located throughout the home. This family friendly resort community has a 50+ seat movie theatre, a whirlpool, community pool, a snack bar, general store, business center, children's playground, tennis courts, sand volleyball, and bike rental available. Mystic Dunes Golf Course is nearby as well many restaurants, drug stores and other tourist attractions..

Great location , wonderful house

We have stayed in Windsor Palms now 6 times. Love the location, for the Disney Theme Parks it is fantastic, 30 to 40 min drive to Universal. House was excellent, quiet, all the usual amenities and very comfortable. We would certainly use Carol’s place again .

Wonderful family stay!

We had a brilliant stay at Carols villa. It was extremely clean and comfortable. It is in a secure development where it feels safe and secure. The gardens in Windsor Palms are impeccable and everything is well kept. We had everything we needed in the villa - you have to buy your own dishwasher tabs, bin bags, oil etc but we used Publix supermarket and found this to be the best supermarket with some lovely fresh food similar to Waitrose in the UK. Thanks Carol for an unforgettable holiday. Your cleaning staff are a credit to your villa please pass on our thanks.

2nd TIme Still As Good!

This was our second time staying here and we loved it as much as the first time. The house had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable, and was convenient to Disney. Highly recommend to any family!

Wonderful vacation

The rental was just what our family needed. The house was exceptionally clean. The kitchen was stocked with all of the necessities. We cooked most of our meals in the house. The resort had family Easter activities for the little ones. It was organized and very enjoyable. I would recommend this property and I would not hesitate renting this home in the future.

My goal is to have you enjoy your vacation and my home as you visit the many wonderful sites in the Orlando and surrounding Florida area.

Why they chose this property

My home is in a great location near Disney and in a quiet area of the village of Windsor Palms yet near the Club House and general store. I chose this home because it is like being on a quiet country estate yet near all of the amenities that a large city has to offer....great restaurants, tourism areas, grocery stores and easy access to the highway to the Atlantic Ocean and historic Cocoa Beach area and Space Center

What makes this property unique

My home has a lovely pool just out of the back sliding glass doors. The convenience of a comfortable kitchen, 5 comfortable beds, a game room and large family/living room area will give you and your family a chance to visit and eat while reviewing your exciting adventures of that day. Four additional beds/sleeping areas are available in the Mickey Mouse bedroom (single, bunk and pull out futon.) During COVID 19 new requirements mean that we provided the minimum per person of towels, sheets, pillows and rugs as we launder every cloth item in between each guest stay. We have returned to providing an extra set of bed sheets and ample towels for 8 total guests. We follow Osceola County guidelines, We now allow 1/2 days in between each rental stay.
