About this property

New house close to the beach and just 10 km from amazing city of Split.
House consists of five separate apartments, each is very comfortable and spacious.
Private parking is secured in front of the house.
Each apartment has one bedroom, kitchen, toilet, living room and two sunny balconies. In the back garden there is large terrace with big stone grill, that area is perfect for dining during warm summer evenings.
Behind the house there is a garden with fruit and vegetables, so our guests can feel free to enjoy.
It is possible to rent apartments separately, feel free to ask about this option.

Beautiful Apartments in a lovely location

When we first arrived at the apartment it was lovely to find that everything was just as it had been advertised, it was very clean, bright, spacious, and had everything you would need for a very comfortable stay. All rooms were very comfortable and modern, complete with a large comfy bed and a brilliant shower. The views from the balcony's were lovely and it was great having two as if like us one of you is a sun worshiper and the other prefers shade there is no one having to compromise. Our hosts Vinko and his wife couldn't have been nicer and are very knowledgeable of the area giving good advise regarding local transport and the best restaurant's nearby which in our opinion is Amigos, a leisurely 10 minute stroll along the beach. The bus stop is very close to the apartments and it is a fifteen minute journey to either Split in one direction or Omis in the other, both make for a great day out. If you want lovely accomadation with kind hosts in a beautiful location you will not do better than to stay in these apartments.

Absolutely Fabulous!!!

My family is staying at this apartment 3rd year in row, sometimes in winter and summer, and we are planing to come back again. It is amazing how hospitable are young family that runs the place. Proximity of downtown Split is about 15 min. by car or 20-30 min. by bus, and beach is 2 minutes walk from apartment with great choices of seafood restaurants (ask owners for recommendation). Place, itself, is peaceful, so there is opportunity to get extra rest before heading back to work. Wi-Fi has great speed, and if you prefer apartment over hotel room, this is place for you.

Relaxing family vacation (finally)!

This is what I call family vacation! Relaxing, fun, easy, and stunningly beautiful at the same time. The apartment is tastfully decorated, clean, well equiped and spacious. The best thing is that it's right there on the beach. We spent most of the days swimming and enjoying our time at the beach. Evenings we went to the beautiful town of Split that is just 15 min away. Our hosts were gracious and extremely helpful with everything we needed. Would highly recommend for everybody looking for a hassle-free summer!

Great hosts and great location.

Great choice for a younger family vacation - 10 minutes from nightlife and 1 minute from the beach. Owners are the young couple with little children, ready to help us with anything we needed, restaurant advice, sightseeing spots, transportation. From now on it's our regular summer home at least for a week.

Why they chose this property

We liked the location, area is very quiet, behing the house there are only peach trees everywhere, so seems very rural.On the other side, beach is only 100 meters from the house. So away from the crowds but still close to the beach and just 10 minutes drive from magnificent city of Split.

Our location offers ideal starting point to explore the area, or just to take it easy on the sunny terrace. Garden in the back offers fresh fruit and vegetables.
