Welcome to your Oasis at Sandy Ridge! Your health and well being is important to us. Our property management company complies with the SafeHome (VRMA & VRHP) Guidelines and has made the necessary measures to ensure proper sanitation is provided to all of our guests. Thank you to everyone in their efforts in promoting a healthy environment.

Our lives have changed and so has our need for WIFI! Our high speed internet at Sandy Ridge was upgraded to 500 mbps to accommodate those who are working during their vacation and to meet the demand of multiple users streaming their own entertainment.

Sandy Ridge Oasis is a large 2000 sq.ft. bungalow with 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8), and 3 full bathrooms. This open concept home has the kitchen in the middle of the house, with a bar/counter overlooking the breakfast nook, family room (with a 65” Smart TV), and pool area lanai. Two work areas were recently added; a desk, office chair and a computer monitor for one of the workspace and the second workspace includes a desk and an office chair. Air conditioning and lots of ceiling fans ensure a cool comfortable interior.

There are 2 large master bedrooms with queen sized beds each with a 55" Smart TV and ensuite washrooms (5 and 3 piece washrooms). One master bedroom has an exit to the pool area, providing easy access to the shower and washroom after your swim. In addition to the 2 master bedrooms, there are 2 themed bedrooms, each have 2 twin beds each; 1 themed for Disney including Princess Elsa and Anna, and the other themed for Sea World. A Pack ‘n Play, stroller and highchair is available in the home for families with young children. There is also a playground for children and workout stations/equipment for adults 2 blocks down the street.

The best part of this vacation home is the view of the lake from the large 30 ft swimming pool, or from the covered lanai. A safety fence around the pool provides protection for our younger guests. Pool heat is optional at an additional fee but most of our late spring, summer and early fall guests do not require a heated pool. Simply relax from dawn ‘til dusk, or travel 10 minutes to World Drive, the entrance of Disney World!

We often update and upgrade our home and in 2019 hardwood flooring was installed throughout the entire house and the main areas of the house was painted. So far in 2022 a new microwave has been installed.

All within 1 mile of the house are: McDonald’s, Papa John’s, Pizza Hut, China King , CVS pharmacy, Anytime Fitness, Publix and Aldi grocery stores. A 24 hr Walmart 10 minutes away. Golf is 1.7 miles away at Reunion, and 3.2 miles away for Champions Gate.

Beautiful place to stay

From parking the car on drive walking in property looking round I was more than happy, family came to join us the week after and was also very happy. The television in the bedroom decided not to work we reported this to the management and it was sorted right away. We’ve stayed at a few villas but are hoping we can book this one again. More than happy would highly recommend this property

Nice break in a good location

We stayed in this Holiday Villa for a week during a three week multi centre holiday. Have stayed in Florida a number of times and rented villas, they're all similar. This one was well kitted out, we liked the labels on the kitchen cupboards and drawers, easier to find everything!! We also liked the location, easy to find just into the Sandy Ridge development. We felt secure for our stay, cameras are posted just into the development and we saw security doing their patrols. A lake at the back of the property gave a nice backdrop to the pool, we were visited by a couple of cranes on the last day, didn't see any gators in the lake though!! Overall the property was nice, comfortable, we didn't use a couple of the rooms as their was no need to. Minor issues would be that a few things need tidying up, loose plug socket, garberator not working, and games room needs a refresh equipment wise. But the property served its purpose pretty well and would be on the list if we were to revisit the area in the future.

Just as advertised

Great property that is exactly as the listing describes. I would have no reservations about staying here again! Things I liked: - Floors were clean (because who wears shoes in Florida) - Pool and pool area was clean - Could be at all Disney parks in about 20-25 min with minimal traffic - Light switches were all labeled (this was great!) - AC was cold enough - Beds were comfortable - TV's in most rooms with online capability - Fast internet - Great view of the pond - Good common areas Minor things to improve - Better shower head in the master bath - Updated pillows The property management company was great as well. We left a wallet there and the PM company shipped it to us. Thanks a ton!!

Wonderful Vacation Property!

This spot is exactly as it seems in the pics! We had a wonderful two week stay here and enjoyed every moment! Although it is not a gated community, there was a great deal of privacy. We spent a lot of time in the pool which backs onto a pond for extra privacy. We’ve been to Florida at least a dozen times in the past 10 years and this pool by far was the best heated one we ever experienced. It was truly lovely! The house is located close to supermarkets, restaurants and Walmart for all your essential needs. Overall, the home was nicely furnished, stocked with household necessities, had a great TV a package for late night movies and the host was easily accessible if needed. I would definitely book again!

House was a good size for our family of 6, pool was great and well heated. Area is quiet and the pond was nice to look at. Owner is amazing with communication. The house could use some minor maintenance to things like closet doors and windows locks and a deep cleaning of walls, baseboards and window sills is definitely needed. I notified the owner and she responded immediately saying she will take this to her management company to rectify. Overall we had a great 2 weeks here and made wonderful memories.

This is our winter home, not just a rental property. Everything in this house has a personal touch! We return to the home at least once a year to update, deep clean and replenish any supplies as needed. We last visited the home in April 2022
