We have the best cleaner on the beach, just read our reviews.

There is hand sanitizer inside the condo for your use.

From the moment you walk into this home, you will be mesmerized by the view. You don't get any closer to the beach than this. Our two bedroom/two bath condo has been remodeled from floor to ceiling including all new stainless steel appliances and furniture.
The living room has two leather love seats, a huge 50inch television ready for your netflix account, and the best view in the house--13ft sliding glass doors to the balcony where you can watch the dolphins playfully swim by and gorgeous sunsets every night. The kitchen is fully equipped to make a meal for 2 or the whole family. The dining area has seating for 6. There is a full size washer and dryer.
The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and sliding door to the balcony so you can wake every morning to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico or fall asleep at night to the light of the full moon glistening off the water.
The Master Bathroom has an over-size walk in shower and two sinks.
The second bedroom has 3 beds: 1 full size bed and twin bunk beds.
We provide beach chairs and beach towels for you to use.
There is also a pac-n-play and high chair.

Amazing location, lovely property

This is our second time staying at this property. The location is amazing directly onto the beach looking out to the ocean. We watched the sunset every night from the balcony and walked along the beach every morning. Quieter side of Pier 60, only a short walk away from shops/restaurants. The property is well equipped, has a washing machine and dryer, and extra bedding, pillows and towels. The property owners are extremely helpful and quick to respond to any queries. We won't hesitate to book this property again in the future.

Beautiful location, excellent property.

This property is literally on the sand with the most amazing sea view! The property is very tastefully decorated and well looked after by the owners. The moment we walked in the door and saw the view, we were amazed and delighted with our choice. The property is well appointed with excellent quality appliances, the beds and furniture were very comfy, and the bath towels and bedding were lovely quality. The owners were very helpful with any queries we had and very quick to respond. We won't hesitate to book again. Thank you for letting us have the privilege of staying in your amazing property and making some great family memories.

Excellent place to stay

We decided to splash out and get a more expensive condo for our second week of our holidays, in Clearwater. It was money well spent. The condo was spotless and a well equipped home-from-home; which made the stay very pleasant. The condo was well equipped, and they even had more kitchen gadgets than we have at home! Getting in and out was simple, and the location was nice and quiet, with amazing sea views. It was slightly further north than the more busy shopping area, which meant for a little more walking with the kids to get to places, but in return the beaches were quieter than down the other end, and it was more peaceful at night, so all in all a good decision. Communication with the owners was great, they were nice and proactive, and everything was provided to us well in advance of needing it. Also the provision of our own beach equipment and games to take to the beach was a nice touch. Thanks very much Robin and George!

Fantastic apartment in beautiful location

We stayed in this fantastic apartment 22-29 July. Our first visit to Clearwater and hopefully not the last. Our objective was to relax for a week and unwind and that is exactly what we did. The apartment was clean, equipped with everything you could need and spacious enough to live there all the time. Very good wi-fi too which pleased my teenage daughter! View from the balcony was beautiful, best place to enjoy my morning cup of tea and watch the sun sets. Perfect location with private parking and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Our favourites were Frenchy's Rockaway (everything we had there was excellent and they have the best fries I have ever tasted), Frenchy's the Original (Gumbo was my favourite), Palm (best view whilst eating and fabulous Nachos) and Toucans Bar ($2 for a large Budweiser - can't beat that!). Angelos Pizza just round the corner was good for take away (BBQ chicken pizza was lovely). We had a fantastic break and would highly recommend it if you want somewhere to just get away from it all and relax.

Amazing location, beautiful condo

We stayed in this condo the second week of August 2016. The condo is absolutely lovely and has everything you need. It is spacious, clean and decorated to a very high standard. The master bed is huge! and we loved the large walk-in shower in the master suite. The location is great with the beach immediately outside your window. It is located far away enough to be at the quieter and more relaxing end of the beach but it is just a short stroll away to the busier end for the pier, restaurants and entertainment. It was very quiet at night time. We saw dolphins from the balcony, hermit crabs on the beach, and pelicans on the pier. There is lots of choice for going out for lunch and dinner all close by. We had no trouble parking in the car park behind the unit, there was always spaces available and all the neighbours we met were really kind and friendly. I have no hesitation in recommending this condo and cannot think of one thing they could improve on as it was perfect for us, we lovely every minute.

We originate from Illinois. We are semi-retired and bought a 'winter' home in Central Florida a few years ago. On one of our winters here we started 'beach hopping' to find the best of Florida's many beaches. We instantly fell in love with the Clearwater Beach area and bought a condo. We plan to fully retire to Clearwater Beach soon.

Why they chose this property

Clearwater Beach has so many activities for every age group. Colony Surf is located on the quieter North end of the beach. But it is still within walking distance to all of the tourist hot spots including Pier 60. You can check out the many restaurants and shops on your stroll down to the Beach Walk and Marina where you can charter a fishing boat, take a sightseeing cruise, rent jet skis and bicycles, or take a Segway Tour. What better way to get familiar with all that the area has to offer.
