The apartment Feriae Latinae has an area of 160 meters, all decorated and furnished with impeccable taste and charm, all equipped with all the comforts that you need to enjoy your stay, where 10 people can comfortably sleep if they are of the same family, or friends traveling together. In the same apartment 3 independent 'suite' that means a bedroom with a King Size bed and a little living room , table and chairs for a dinner, a double sofa bed, a private bathroom, a balcony, air condition or heating, WiFi and satellite TV, washing machine, iron, as well as linens, towels free of charge, coffee, tea and sugar, shampoo and soap complementary as well.
This apartment has been completely renovated and converted into a holiday home in September 2013. This is a great apartment that we rent for 10 people from the same family or group of friends traveling together. The apartment has 3 suites with independent income, each has its own bathroom, kitchen, Plasma Tv, Wifi to be comfortable and indipendent eventhough make your stay comfortable and independent for a family group or friends notwithstanding traveling together.

The apartment location has a plus, walking distance from St. Peter Station from which you can reach by train the pier of Civitavecchia from where all the cruises leave .

Great apartment and service

The apartment can be your home away from home in Rome, with its 3 separate apartments with three different sizes. Is the ideal place for families but also for couples who like to have space, either for leisure and for business. In not more than 20 minutes walking you will be in Saint Peter's Basilica and Square, one of the most important attractions of the Vatican. The apartment manager/owners are very helpful and always on hand to help. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend.

Perfect base when visiting Rome!

We had a wonderful stay in Ada's apartment! The apartment is beautifully finished and spotlessly clean. Within walking distance from the Vatican and a short taxi drive from the centre (approx 15 euros for a 6 seater taxi). Plenty of room for 6 adults and a good selection of restaurants nearby. Well worth every penny, thank you!

Excellent House

The house is big enough to accommodate three families. Each apartment has a kitchenette and is self contained. My family and I enjoyed it very much and the food in the house was enough to keep us going for the first two days. There was enough to cook with, sugar, salt and beverage. Tissue was enough for our one week stay which was very helpful. I would go and stay there again, very close to the Vatican. A lot of restaurants around the house. Ada and Ramola were very helpful, they showed us the main areas of interest upon collection of keys and were ready to help any other time of our stay. Would highly recommend.

Lovely apartment

Just got back from our trip in Rome in May18. Great apartment! Very well kept and had all the facilities we needed. The owners were lovely, helped us loads and it was great the fact you could whatsapp them. If we were to come again would definitely book this place again.

Ada and Romula were fabulous. The apartment was modern, spotless and centrally located to amenities.

The apartment is fabulous. Ada was extremely pleasant and kind letting us stay way beyond our check-out time as our car hire was delayed. Near to supermarket, Restaurants and good transportation links. The kitchen was very well stocked and the owners had thought of every small detail! We would highly recommend this apartment and will definetely be back here if we visit Rome again. Thank you so much !
