In order to create a retreat from the city, our farm was built in a place where contact with nature is very close. With the beautiful view of a green area, the sun becomes incredible. Thinking of recreation for the whole family, the farm offers a large swimming pool with Jacuzzi and football field. Facing the pool is built one little house with barbecue, wood stove, bathroom, dressing room and ample space for receiving guests.
The first Land plator is intended solely to house with 500 m² of floor space, 5 bedrooms, 2 master bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, two living rooms, a dining room, kitchen, pantry and a large balcony with a privileged view.
The farm is located in the largest condomímio in Latin America, with 24 hour security, very close to the reception desk, located at km 63.5 of the Castelo Branco highway. The condo also features a clubhouse with restaurant, tennis courts, gym, skate park, fields, lake, among other things.
