A beautiful and lovely house to rent that catered to our every need.

This was a wonderful house to rent. We would recommend this as much as we can. The large pool was great for both adults and children. We may be happy to rent this house another time we are on holiday in Florida. It is to note the nice contact we had with the owner of the house before and during our stay. Regards the family from Vennesla in Norway.

Luxurious and Relaxing

The villa itself is very luxurious, with high end fitted kitchen appliances. TV’s in the bedroom and lounge area and music inside and out which is a huge bonus. The pool is lovely and big and kept extremely clean. The deck (patio) area furniture is very comfortable and an ideal area to have an evening meal. There is also a barbecue (grill) should you wish to use it. The bed is the most comfortable I’ve slept in whilst on holiday (vacation). It was a real pleasure to stay here, I only wish i’d booked to stay for longer. The pool was cleaned by Eric’s mum, who’s a lovely lady very chatty and extremely helpful. The area itself is nice and peaceful, overlooking the canal which was very scenic. I would really recommend this villa, lovely owners and caretakers and luxury for a perfect vacation, also within easy reach of supermarkets and shops/outlets. Thanks Eric and Debbie and to Dianne

Blown Away! Amazing villa in great location

Where do I start? We arrived at Cape Harbour Villa after a less than impressive stay in a home away villa in Orlando. On arriving at the villa and getting in we found the villa spotlessly clean, and classical music playing through the living room speakers. The villa was well stocked with towels for each room and loads of pool towels in the hallway cupboards. We found a load of pool inflatables in the garage (some were past their best but we replaced some for anyone else lucky enough to stay). The kitchen was well stocked with good quality cookware and utensils as well as plenty of cups and glasses suitable for use out by the pool. A good touch was that the fridge and cupboards were also stocked with leftover condiments and foodstuff from other guests that made the place feel more welcoming! The new outdoor kitchen in the lanai was very impressive, especially the built in 4 burner grill. The speaker system in the lanai was very good and great for use during our stay while out in the pool. The pool was clean and stayed at a great temperature all week despite the rain we had, the owners had gone the extra mile and had added an extra skimmer filter to the pool keep it in top condition. The villa is in a great position, less than 30 minutes walk from Cape Harbor as well as the nearest publix (and the Lobster Lady seafood restaurant and market where we had an amazing Father's Day dinner) Overall we had a fantastic time in the villa which is in an ideal canal side setting, extremely well equipped and a credit to the owners! We will be returning!

Excellent family home stay

We spent 10 days at this beautiful house in September and had a fantastic time here. The location is quiet but with local amenities a short drive away. The house itself is beautiful and very well appointed with a fully stocked kitchen (including a great coffee machine) and spices and a sauces in the cupboard, it is little touches like this that makes a rental house feel like a home. There were pleanty of towels for use at the beach and pool which also really helps when travelling from over seas. We will be back again I am sure and would recommend this property to friends and family.

Amazing Home & Stay

We stayed at the property for 2 weeks and had an amazing holiday. After a long flight to arrive it was great to walk through the door and find the house in excellent condition and very comfortable. The property was in a perfect spot for us to enjoy the area but also have some time by the pool. Great help and communication from Eric during the booking and pre-stay. Highly Recommend without any doubts Thank you for the stay
