Enjoy this renovated 2 bedroom 2 baths 3rd floor Villa has a wonderful view of the ocean, a short walk to the beach, and relaxing Jacuzzi. You get the amenities of the resort, including pools, tennis courts, and fishing ponds. The private patio faces southeast for maximum sun exposure. The unit has updated furniture and appliances, including dishwasher, microwave, and washer/dryer. It has 3 TVs, including a 40”HD TV w/cable and DVD, free private wireless internet access, a queen sleeper sofa, ceiling fans and plenty of closet space. Master suite includes large king size bed, TV, ceiling fan, and private full bathroom. The guest bedroom is complete with two comfortable twin beds, TV, ceiling fan, and dressers. The living area bedrooms are tiled. The Villa sleeps 6 comfortably. Third floor unit, no elevator.

Wonderful apartment.

The whole experience was just great. The apartment is ideal and well equipped. Location is lovely and close to all amenities. Beach walks have become a habit! We hope to return again.

Retirees Vacation

Everything was perfect. Location is very close to grocery stores and restaurants. Comfortable bed and living room furniture, which is very important. Very clean and well stocked. This is our second time staying at this location.

We had absolutely everything we needed for our home base as we explored and dined in beautiful historic St. Augustine. The condo is just a short stroll to the direct beach access and we could even hear the waves crashing as we enjoyed the view from the balcony. We were also just feet from the smaller pool and just a little further to the large pool. Can’t beat the location of this condo! Would definitely recommend!

splendid reunion

The property was great except for the third floor location and the stairs. Some may not mind the climb but I am an 81 year old with some issues with my legs. After getting our things up and in the condo, we did pretty well. Our grandkids had a wonderful time.
