About this property

Our pride and joy vacation home in Florida is located in a quiet upscale neighborhood in Davenport, just minutes west of Disney. Our 4-bedroom home was recently upgraded, swimming pool resurfaced with brand new pool heater (pool heating fee optional as an extra charge) and is also gets the afternoon sun. We have also extended our driveway to fit 2 medium size vehicles. The bedrooms contain 2 master bedrooms with King and Queen beds, one with bathroom ensuite. The other two bedrooms contain 2 brand new twin beds in each bedroom. We have furnished our home with new upgraded appliances, new sofa and love seat, beds, linens, and purchased more kitchen essentials to suit everyone. We provide cable for the three TVs and wireless internet. There is a full-size washer/dryer/ironing board in the garage. Our front porch gets the morning sun and has a conservation view. Our home is nonsmoking and pet free. There is a home security alarm and outdoor camera in the front porch for added security. As we treat it as our second home, we have renovated it to the standards of an upscale permanent residence.

Our subdivision, Lake Wilson Preserve, is a 2-minute drive to Reunion Golf Resort and a 5 minutes' drive to the Champions Gate Golf Courses which were designed by Greg Norman. It is 7 miles to Disney and 5 minutes' drive to Interstate 4 (no tolls). It is 2 minutes away from basic amenities such as a CVS Drug store, Publix, Aldi Grocery store, Liquor store, Restaurants such as Olive Garden, Longhorn, First Watch, Tijuana Flats, Little Greek, Asian food etc., Beauty salon, Gym and Banks. It is 1 to 1.5 hour drive to Clearwater Beach, Tampa or Daytona Beach. Outstanding Upscale and Outlet Shopping can be found 10 to 30 minutes away. International Airport is 30 minutes away.

Perfect for families

We stayed here with 4 adults and 3 kids. Although the furniture is a little dated (creaky single beds etc)House is nice and clean and perfect for the home from home holiday we wanted. Close to all things florida has to offer and the area is nice and quiet.

Clean and Comfortable Home

The property was as advertised. The home was clean. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The check in and out process was very easy. We had some questions for the owner after checking in and responses were quick and pleasant. The property is minutes away to the freeway and several shopping and food stores. Our family was mostly gone during the day so we enjoyed the pool lighting which allowed for night swims. Would definitely stay here again. It’s a great place for families, especially those with small children.

Home away from home

While on vacation we look for a place we can feel at home and this location did not disappoint, close to multiple restaurants, grocery stores and attractions. We will rent this home again and recommend it.

Liz was a great host, her property suited us perfectly for a weeklong competition at the Omni close by. Her attention to details for the guests is exceptional as all amenities were present to make anyone's stay a wonderful experience.

Why they chose this property

We visited Florida many times and viewed several properties. We chose Lake Wilson Preserve because it is recently built, attractively landscaped and maintained, and secure. The architecture in the subdivision is a mixture of one and two storey homes and we find it to be very attractive. We also love the Mediterranean themed architecture, with brick paver sidewalks and driveways complimented by Spanish terracotta tile roof on all houses.

What makes this property unique

We enjoy walks after dinner in this subdivision which is surrounded by wooded conservation area. We are close to the hustle and bustle of Orlando Disney, yet far enough away that we can enjoy a quiet time on lazy days in the sun by the pool. We both love to golf at the Champions Gate golf courses. Our home is close enough to the beach that we can easily drive there and spend the day. We are minutes away from I4 highway which provides access to all the attractions, shopping and beaches without tolls.
