Most of the rooms in Villa have a balcony with a spectacular sea view to the Dalmatian islands and mountains. Equipped by air-condition, large HD-TV, free Wi-Fi, free monitored parking place, etc.

The best time to discover Dalmatia with its reach cultural heritage and natural beauties is the spring and the fall at significantly reduced prices. You can freely enjoy in all outdoor activities (sailing, fishing, tennis, golf, biking, hiking, seakayaking, mountaineering) during not so hot sunny days. Fabulous Short Stay

We stayed at Ark Apartments for 2 days prior to going on a cruise. The apartments were clean and very well appointed and the views were amazing. Breakfast in the morning was a real bonus. Mladen and his family were fabulous hosts and couldn't do enough for us. The apartments are short walk from town where there are lots of restaurants, cashpoints and supermarket. I would definitely stay here again if we came back to Croatia. Highly recommended.

Great family adventure

To start with, great location, easy walking distance to plenty of cafes and amazing restaurants. The scenery from our room terrace was wonderful. The rooms are lovely and also clean. breakfast was an added bonus and a drink in the evening on the roof terrace to end day was just right. Mladen is a great host, friendly and approachable and very helpful, as are all the staff. From booking our rafting trip and even arranging a packed lunch for our journey home! Would love to see a few more sunbeds, but with the beach so near there was no need to worry and there was always room by the pool in the afternoon. There are dedicated tables and chairs outside for each room. The accommodation is within easy driving distance of lots of attractions, wish we could have stayed longer to experience them all! We'll be coming back again! Thanks for a great holiday!

Amazing week at Beach Hotel Ark

I just spent a week at this hotel, renting all 15 apartments for 30 people. We had a great time, and the manager, Mladen, is a wonderful host who has great advice on things to do. He also organized a few transports for us for 30 people with almost no notice and always came through at a good price. His daughters, who work at the upstairs cafe were also great. The apartments are comfortable and clean with little kitchens, views are amazing, the pool is fantastic, the beach is right there, and the town of Stobrec was a pleasant surprise to spend time in. Very cute, charming, family friendly. Overall, I'd highly recommend a vacation at Beach Hotel Ark.
