Wonderful farm with excellent location (near the entrance of the condominium) for stays, events and get-togethers with 6 suites with double beds bunk beds and single bed (we have surplus mattresses) all with large balconies and views of forest preservation area, 2 rooms living room, 1 fireplace and tv room, dining room, kitchen, toilet, party room with tv, stage for events, support kitchen and barbecue, bathroom men. and women., adult and children's pool, barbecue, soccer field, dollhouse, mini playground, orchard, vegetable garden and chapel, ample parking (more than 10 cars), lots of green and variety of birds, waterfall and horse riding in the condominium; pizza and feijoada delivery service on weekends and holidays.numerous fishing grounds nearby .. fun guaranteed for you, friends and family !!!

Chácara muito bonita, bem cuidada, excelente para quem quer curtir com a família e amigos. A dona Teresa sempre muito simpática me atendeu muito bem tanto por telefone quanto por WhatsApp. O caseiro Toni e sua esposa nos receberam muito bem, atenciosos e simpáticos. Adoramos a nossa estadia e sem dúvida vamos voltar. Abraço

Conforto, Tranquilidade e Receptividade

Pra quem procura tranquilidade, um lugar bonito, com excelente infra estrutura, com certeza essa chácara proporciona tudo isso. Além da beleza incrível da natureza, da segurança e conforto de estar em um condomínio fechado, os caseiros são extremamente atenciosos, receptivos e amáveis. O que mais me marcou nesse lugar, além de tudo que mencionei acima, foi a empatia e carisma da proprietária, a Dona Tereza é uma fofa. Sempre que precisamos ela nos atendeu, seja por telefone, whats ou por email. Amei demais e indico sem medo, pois nada melhor que investir nosso dinheiro no que vale a pena, de poder desfrutar do lazer que este lugar oferece com família e amigos. Além dos elogios, fica aqui o meu muito obrigada a Dona Tereza (proprietária) e Sr° Antonio (caseiro) pela confiança e carisma desde o primeiro contato!!! Abraços, Carine

Excelente Chácara.

Adoramos nossa estadia, as instalações são super conservadas, ambiente limpo e agradável. O espaço é maravilhoso, amplo e bem projetado. Realizamos o casamento de nossa filha e encontramos ali toda infra estrutura adequada aos nosso planos, eletrodomésticos e eletrônico. funcionando normalmente. Sem falar na paisagem, adoramos o espaço e com certeza alugaremos em outras oportunidades. Vale lembrar que o espaço tem estacionamento e salão de festas. Parabéns pelo espaço.
