Beach Park pass included with rental with ample parking and new, private showers and bathrooms at the ocean. Pool and gas grill. Three beach bikes and helmets included. Everything you could need for a wonderful getaway at the beach.

We live in Lexington, KY and love to get to Naples whenever we can for relaxing times at the beach.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2004

Why The Owner chose Park Shore

The Belair Club has a great community feel in close proximity to the beach. It is very well maintained inside and out. There are restaurants, groceries and shopping within walking distance. It's a short drive to downtown Naples or fantastic golf.

What makes this condo unique

The Beach Park is such a treat and only 0.9 miles from the condo. There are new, private bathrooms and showers that are for Park Shore residents only at the beach park. These have key card access.There is shopping of all kinds! Wonderful restaurants. The terrain is relatively flat for great biking.

Delightful home away from home

From the first email contact to leaving at the end of our month in paradise, staying at this Belair Lane condo was a delight. The owner was prompt with correspondence and helpful with answers. The condo is immacullately clean and up-to-date in decor and furnishings. The ground floor location was great. We never felt unsafe, and we enjoyed the outdoor access for walks and biking. The beach, Venetian Village, boat rentals, and daily groceries are all easily reached on foot, Plenty of parking for guests. Everything was comfortable and felt like home. I highly recommend this condo and its owners.

Beautiful condo and community

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is perfect! Very clean and well appointed. The beach pass was great, but so was sitting by the pool! Eating out was great, but so was grilling fresh fish at home! (You get my point!) Loved our time in Naples and in this condo!

Lovely "Home Away From Home".....perfect for relaxing respite bar far from the beach! Great community with beautiful flowers and a neighborhood feel. Diverse activities and "shopping" in close proximity :) Highly recommend for families or girlfriends trip!!!

Love this place.

This is a wonderful condo! It has everything we needed except our clothes! We so enjoyed our stay here and Naples is a wonderful community. The beach parking pass is key and the new bathrooms and showers make if possible to comfortably spend the entire day at the beach. We would love to be back!
