This cave bio climatic villa is in Oia, the crown jewel of Santorini,is a model of OIA's unique architecture, hanging from the cliff of caldera overlooking the volcano and the endless blue of the Aegean sea. Very close to the center of the village and 30 steps down of the main street. It is located a few meters from shops, restaurants market, galleries, bus and taxi terminal. Very near to the Castle which is the most famous sunset of Greece!

Amazing place right in the heart of Oia

Stayed 4 days with family. The place had AMPLE room and was very clean. We enjoyed the amazing views and loved our stay. The place was much larger than we needed, but enjoyed it all. The property manager and coordinate Maria was very responsive and we felt they were all extremely helpful from the moment we booked to the moment we left. I'd recommend staying here because it's very close to the best restaurants, close the the main walkway up and down Oia and overall, it's just a cool spot to call home for a few days.

A fabulous place to stay!

The cave house was situated in a really good part of Oia, just off the main pedestrian street, but far enough away to have peace from the many visitors up above! The villa was spacious and beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. It has a lovely courtyard and a terrace for sitting and looking out at the incredible view. The bell tower just in front is a magnet for wedding and fashion photography shoots! We had excellent service even before arriving with help booking a taxi through Maria. Foni carried our cases down the many steps and George sorted us out restaurant recommendations and directions for the Post Office and supermarkets. Teta called by everyday and emptied bins and cleaned. Maria helped us book a catamaran cruise which was not only highly entertaining but also great for seeing the white beach, red beach, the lighthouse and the volcano. I did not want to leave and would love to return one day, and would definitely stay again at Oia villas 1!

Wow. Just wow.

Our place was amazing. The view is unbeatable. The interior speaks for itself. When we were actually at the apartment, we spent most of our time eating and drinking on the patio, overlooking the caldera. All the linens were clean and new. Overall, the place is spotless. The only thing I'd advise. . . The air conditioner doesn't cool the entire place. But we didn't rely on it. We just kept the windows closed while we were gone to avoid the heat baking the living room. Haris is amazing. We talked on the phone several times, every time we had a question about restaurants, tours, etc. Oia is easy to navigate, but hard to know where to go and where to avoid (lots of tourist traps). But Haris made sure we made all the right decisions. Last note, the apartment is a one minute walk down some stairs from the main pedestrian walkway, which is absolutely ideal. Close, but you hear no people at night. I completely recommend this place.
