About this property

Itamambuca is considered one of the most beautiful and preserved beaches of the coast of São Paulo.
The house is ground floor and close to the beach, with good natural light with 04 air-conditioned bedrooms: 01 suite, 01 bedroom with double bed, 02 rooms with two bunk beds each, 02 bathrooms in the hallway.
Included bedding, pillows and bath towels (House towels can not be taken to the beach) The showers are electric. American style kitchen (complete), integrating the environment of the dining room and TV room (smart tv 32 ') and WI-FI .. Balcony with barbecue and external shower.
Beach chairs, umbrella and hammock available to guests.
Within the condominium itself we have the agreement of restaurants, sushi, bakery, pizzeria, shop, shop, health poston and surf shop.
Vacancy for 04 vehicles.

A place for everyone !!! The beach of itamambuca is a very special place, mainly for those who like to be in contact with nature. Itamambuca is surrounded by the exuberant beauty of the Atlantic forest, with trails and waterfalls and beautiful rivers. In the right corner of the beach is the itamambuca river, great for cooling off in calm waters and taking a kayak or stand-up river up. The beach is also great for surfing, fishing. You can also observe birds of various species, Ubatuba is a world reference in bird watching. In this corner of the beach near the river, there are kiosks that serve 'eats and drinks'.

Lugar de paz e natureza

A casa do Cristiano é muito gostosa. Repleta de natureza e bem aconchegante. Muito boa para criança pequena pois é plana e tem um gramado muito gostoso. Lençóis e toalhas limpinhos. Perto da praia. Foram ótimos dias, pena que choveu. Mesmo assim deu pra fazer churrasco e todos ficaram tranquilos em casa descansando.

Muito boa!

A casa é ampla, clara, bem arejada, rodeada por área verde. Exatamente como nas fotos. Muito agradável. Sem insetos. Lugar tranquilo, com pássaros. Excelente localização, bem perto da praia. O wifi funciona bem. A comunicação com o Cristiano foi muito fácil, sempre disponível. Recomendo!

Pausa da quarentena

Ficamos em duas famílias e muito bem hospedados na casa. Muito próximo à praia, casa limpa e funcional. Jardim agradável e cuidado. Anfitrião atento e disponível. Boa internet.

Casa ampla e confortável que cumpre o que promete

A casa apresentou-se exatamente como na descrição. Sala muito ampla com varanda aberta para o jardim muito bem cuidado. Quartos bons, todos com ar condicionado. Cozinha com todos os equipamentos. Tinha cadeirinhas de praia, guarda-sol e prancha de morey à disposição, o que para nós, que viajamos de avião, fez uma baita diferença. O que foi um pouco desagradável foram as ruas de acesso muito esburacadas do condomínio. A máquina de lavar roupas estava com problema e o fogão com chama muito fraca. De um modo geral a casa é muito agradável, ficamos satisfeitos e voltaríamos novamente. O anfitrião também foi muito gentil, correto e prestativo.
