Lake View Partment Rental

The apartment was everything we expected and was the highlight of our 5 night stay. Everything was very comfortable and obviously the view from the terrace was amazing! Would highly recommend .....

Week away with friends

Very nice apartment a short walk away from the town centre. Stunning view from the balcony. We had a wonderful evening when chef Babba came round to cook for us. Also very much enjoyed the sailing trip that Carlo organised.. Only things that could be improved are bathroom lighting and a full length mirror!

We have always wanted to go to the Italian lakes and after reading that Bellagio was the jewel of Lake Como decided to look for an apartment there. Well if you are thinking the same don't hesitate to book this one. The location is perfect, a short walk from the town, and the balcony and views over the lake are stunning. We loved it when the crowds had left in the evening and we could have timeless Bellagio to ourselves. The people were so friendly, noticeably the waiters who seemed to enjoy and take pride in their profession - not often found in the UK. The ferries buzz about all hours, and there are plenty of buses. We did hire a car but with the left hand drive and narrow roads bordering the lake did not use it once we were there. Carlo and Marzia are the best people and many thanks to them for contributing to our happy memories.

An Exceptional Experience. WE WILL RETURN

Four of us (two couples) traveled to Bellagio from the USA. Carlo and Carla provided excellent communication and services beyond our expectations. They provided us helpful information that helped us navigate the travel from Malpensa Airport to Bellagio. The apartment is perfect for two couples. Each couple has a private bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with anything you may need. The views of Lake Como are breathtaking. A short walk to the center of town and access to the ferries, restaurants and shopping, a grocery store is just a 3 minute walk from the apartment. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful when selecting fresh meats and cheeses. The restaurants in Bellagio were EXCELLENT (Carlo’s recommendations). We sailed with Bellagio Sailing (owned by Carlo). Carlo was our skipper. He took us to the Northern part of Lake Como. It was absolutely amazing. Carlo supplied us with delicious local wines/Prosecco/Beer/Non-alcoholic beverages. Cristina was our check-in manager and available during our entire stay. One of the deck chairs broke on our arrival day. Within a hour we had a new chair delivered to our door. We absolutely plan to return. It was truly a magical vacation and one we will never forget. I am a deep lover of Como Lake and in particular of Bellagio; I am a professional sailor and I started sailing on the lake when I was 10 years old.
At 16 years old I went to Bellagio by motorcycle and I always passed near Cà Maria dreaming to buy an apartment inside that property and in 2007 I fulfilled that dream.

Why they chose this property

I bought this property because I was in love with that house and because it's a very nice apartment.

What makes this property unique

The most important Cà Maria benefits are: a marvelous lake view from the living area and the quietness during day and night and I think my web-site can transmit this mood.
At the same time it is very close to the village center and in 7 minutes you'll be in the heart of Bellagio.
