FREE PARKING AND FREE WIFI!!! There's no mistaking that you are in a beach paradise in this lovely condo. It has several beach-themed decorative accessories, including shells, dolphins, mermaids, lighthouses, birds, and seahorses. It also has various framed pictures of sealife and beach scenes. Additionally, you can listen to the sounds of the waves on the large balcony or even while inside the unit. Accommodations include a king bed in the bedroom, two twins in the guest bedroom, a sleeper sofa, , offering space for up to six guests total. The bedrooms are a great place to relax with newly updated bedrooms! Other features include a full-size washer and dryer in the utility closet, a full kitchen, a counter area in the hallway, and of course the wrap-around balcony.

The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom - 2 twin beds. Sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 6

Gulfside Condominiums is close to Fort Walton’s shopping and dining and a mere ten minutes from Destin, it has a rooftop pool area that provides one of the best views on Okaloosa Island. Guests can get to the beach from the boardwalk at the base of the parking area and can use a barbeque grill that is located along this boardwalk as well.

Girls Week Getaway a Success! We will return!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is very well maintained, clean, & comfortable. The description is accurate regarding the amenities and how easy it is to get to activities.Daily, long walks on the beach were amazing. The Boardwalk at Okaloosa Island is about a 1.5 mile walk via the beach. A great way to start the day! The kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of clean bath towels available, plenty of hangers in the closets, as well as a hairdryer in each bathroom. We will definitely use this same unit again when we return for another reunion. We loved it!For future guests, just be aware this isn’t the type of rental that has spices & oils available for cooking. You need to purchase all of that as well as dishwasher & laundry soap if you plan on doing more than a load of each.We were fortunate enough to meet the owner of the property and tell her in person how much we loved her place and how well she has kept it updated over the years. Cheers to more years of staying on Okaloosa Island!

Absolutely perfect

The condo was exactly as described and was perfect for my family of 4. The proximity to the beach was amazing. This will definitely be my #1 pick next time we come. If i had to pick one thing to improve on id say the bathrooms could be updated (showers) but they worked fine with good pressure and its not really a big deal. The beds were comfortable. We had an amazing trip from TN.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was nicely remodeled and equipped. We would consider location again . Siding glass door and handle needs some attention. Difficult to open and close. The beach service needs some coaching about customer service and who is the the customer. We raised our umbrella up about foot so we wouldn’t hit our head. The young man came over and told us his boss told him he had to lower the umbrella. What?
