This charming beach Cottage is the 8th house from the beach (less than 1 minute walk to the beach / sand!). It is truly among the most charming cottages in Pierpont. It is perfect for a romantic get-away, or a family vacation. Because it is so close to the sand, you can spend the day at the beach going back and forth from the cottage for food, drink, or rest. From the new, but rustic-distressed-style wood floors, new sea-glass tiled bathroom floors, newly textured coated white walls, new custom cabinetry, to the Brazilian blue-green sea-bottom granite counters, kitchen sky-light, to the hot tub, and attention to detail throughout, as well as one of the largest useable garden-yards in the community, this unique retreat delights. The Cottage consists of a custom, gorgeous kitchen with a recently added skylight, new appliances, dishes, cookware, and much more to enjoy your stay. The Cottage has a master bedroom with a comfortable Queen bed, a family-room with a pull-out Queen bed, and a super-room ( a larger room than the master, with a 3/4 privacy divider separating bunk beds, room-space and closets on one side, from a Queen bed, room-space and closets on the other). Families with boys and girls stay comfortably in this super-room with plenty of space and a 3/4 divider between sleeping areas for privacy on both sides. Linens, sheets and bath-towels are provided. Ventura’s Pierpont beach is just off the Seaward exit off the 101 Freeway in Ventura close to Summerland, Carpenteria, Santa Barbara and the Central Coast wineries.. AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BUENAVENTURA, CALIFORNIA, ADDING CHAPTER 6.457, “LODGING ESTABLISHMENTS – NOTICE REQUIRED AND TEMPORARY LIMITATIONS ON OCCUPANCY OF SHORT-TERM VACATION RENTALS,” TO THE SAN BUENAVENTURA MUNICIPAL CODE AND DECLARING THE URGENCY THEREOF
Sec. 6.457.020. Notice Required.
a. During the period of Local Emergency, the owner and/or manager of any Lodging Establishment must provide actual notice, in writing, to any adult person renting or seeking to rent a room or rooms in the Lodging Establishment, or the entire Lodging Establishment, that the Orders may limit who can use or stay together in the Lodging Establishment and what activities those using or staying in the Lodging Establishment may participate in while in the City.

b. The persons receiving notice under this Section must acknowledge, on a log to be maintained by the owner and/or manager of each Lodging Establishment and made available to any City enforcement officer upon request, that they received the notice.
