This is quite a different lodging in the city center of Salvador. We offer apartments furnished room (with twin or double), living room, bathroom, kitchen, toilet and laundry area, distributed in 46m2, and with good ventilation. This in a building with 24 hour concierge, two elevators, closed circuit security and administration site.

Apartamento em ótima posição, limpo, e a proprietária Dona Márcia foi muito gentil em acolher uma amiga que resolveu vir no último momento. Recomendo, e esperamos de retornar no próximo ano.

Local tranquilo, o ótimo atendimento começa da portaria, administração, até às resoluções dos pequenos problemas.(Márcia sempre a disposição dos hóspedes). Só a cozinha que deixou um pouco a desejar por não conter : microondas e geladeira um pouco velha . Más de resto tudo perfeito.

Morei cinco anos em Salvador, mas nunca imaginária que houvesse um Flat no Centro em condições de extrema qualidade e cuidado. Um lugar que parece sua Casa, seu Apartamento, você se sente em Casa. As Administradoras, Marcia e Marluze, são a recepção que você tanto aguarda, com muita educação e preparo, fecham rapidamente à documentação exigida e pronto...Não poderia deixar de agradeçer à maneira no trabalho dos funcionários, na portaria e limpeza. Seu Paulo, seu Carlos, Jandirá e demais...Agora só um detalhe para quem gosta de se locomover e gosta de Flat, onde você vê "A NOITE" entenda "DIÁRIA de 24 horas".
