About this property

House decorated with excellent quality furniture in a closed upscale condominium and with all the infrastructure and security that only a condo can provide. Located about 100 meters from Maresias beach in the Moreira corner, opposite the exit 20 from the beach.

The condo is wooded with all original species of the Atlantic and features; pools, wet and dry saunas, beach service with assembly and disassembly of tent and beach chairs, tennis and squash.

The house has four suites that can comfortably accommodate 12 people, including a couple's suite with LCD TV 42 'and SKY HDTV, 1 bedroom employees, Home Theater with LCD TV 42' with SKY HDTV, 1 suite with 32 "LCD TV with SKY HDTV, living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry area, deck with BBQ, private heated pool and garage for 3 cars, all the home's facilities have climate control air conditioning and ceiling fans.

Being close to the woods and be well wooded home is not hot and stuffy in the summer and is also not wet because it was built in suspended Balinese architectural style almost 1 meter from the ground.

You'll feel the mood of a country house with all nature around, but will be just 100 meters from the best and most beautiful beach on the north coast of São Paulo. Maresias offers beyond all infrastructure such as restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, bakeries and pharmacies, has one of the best nightclubs in the coast of São Paulo, the Sirena.

Nossa estadia foi ótima, casa muito bem estruturada e segura! Estrutura do condomínio muito boa também, piscina com paisagem maravilhosa. Para ir à praia é so atravessar a rua! E pessoal da portaria muito legal e educados. Adoramos!

Casa linda e anfitriao diferenciado!

Casa e realmente mto linda, tudo de mto bom gosto. Localizacao excelente, no canto do moreira e condominio excelente, nos e nossos filhos fizemos amizades e aproveitamos a convivencia. O Renato tem um atendimento diferenciado, cuidando de tudo para aproveitarmos nossa estadia. Certamente voltaremos!

Férias com Manutenção

Apesar de todos os recursos disponibilizados nesta casa, da proximidade da praia, da piscina aquecida, suítes e salas com ar condicionado, churrasqueira e outros recursos referenciados no anúncio, infelizmente nossas férias e a locação foram significativamente prejudicados por problemas técnicos e funcionais enfrentados por toda a minha família durante o período em que estivemos instalados neste imóvel. Sendo mais específico, durante 03 (três) dos 07 (sete) dias de locação, fomos surpreendidos por um grave defeito no sistema de aquecimento central de água da residência, que provocaram 03 (três) dias inteiros sem água quente em toda a casa (inclusive nos banheiros para banho), interrupção no fornecimento de água fria em outros períodos e inundação nos banheiros, já que o sistema de aquecimento ficava no forro. Entramos em contato com o anfitrião, que acionou as áreas de manutenção e tivemos, em plena época de pandemia, que conviver com a constante entrada e saída de funcionários na casa para descobrir o problema e depois resolvê-lo. Ao final da locação, entramos em contato com o anfitrião e propus que encontrássemos um ponto de equilíbrio financeiro para minimizar os problemas que passei com toda minha família na residência locada. No entanto, o anfitrião alegou que a residência pertence a uma empresa e que, por diretriz desta, nenhum ressarcimento seria fornecido, a não ser um desconto futuro a ser aplicado em uma nova locação e em outro período, o que é inviável. Desta forma, não consigo avaliar positivamente este imóvel, pois apesar de entender os esforços do anfitrião em resolver os problemas, não houve empatia por parte do mesmo em entender os problemas que enfrentamos em uma casa deste padrão.

Casa muito bem equipada, ar condicionado em todos os ambientes, móveis de bom gosto e de qualidade, possui toda estrutura para estadia e a empregada faz a arrumação da casa e quartos diariamente, além de uma comidinha excelente. O condomínio é tranquilo e muito seguro. Recomendado.
