Apartamento com excelente localização (ponto)

Apartamento, com uma localização privilegiada foi o que salvou a estrela que dei, sem pontuar a equipe do condomínio que são excelentes. Li em avaliações de 2016 e 2017, aqui no site, reclamações da geladeira e móveis velhos. Achei que o cenário hoje seria diferente, pois estamos em 2022, e afirmo ser pior que o já relatado atenriormente por outros viajantes. O que mais me chateou foi não constar em seu anúncio os 3 lances de escada, pois o apartamento fica no terceiro andar, e o prédio não tem elevador. No primeiro dia da estadia, informei ao proprietário, o vazamento no box do banheiro principal, e de uma boca do fogão que não está funcionando. Enfim sugiro mais transparência no anúncio. Com este relato, acredito poder ajudar aos usuários do site.

Ótima acomodação pra família

Apto confortável, condomínio muito tranquilo, acesso fácil a praia do forte e outras. Toda equipe de trabalho do condomínio muito educados e atenciosos. Eu recomendo.

Apartamento Bom. Poderia ser excelente.

O proprietário foi muito correto e atencioso durante o processo de locação. Imagino que ele pague alguém para efetuar a limpeza do imóvel, mas estava sujo demais. Muita poeira em todos os cômodos e o banheiro muito sujo. Tivemos que fazer uma pequena faxina para entrar. Os móveis da sala são muito velhos. Tem um bar enorme e não funcional. No mais, o condomínio é agradável, calmo e bem organizado.

Excelente apartamento

Excelente apartamento, com uma localização privilegiada. As tratativas com o proprietário foram transparentes e sem quaisquer transtornos. Atendeu-me com clareza e sanou todas as dúvidas. A equipe da portaria e a limpeza/manutenção/conservação do condomínio são pontos elogiáveis. No que tange ao conforto, sugere-se a substituição da geladeira, haja vista que está apresentando refrigeração insuficiente.
