Fantastic, spacious apartment in great location!

We stayed here for three nights with our two young children and would definitely recommend this apartment. It was wonderful! So spacious, incredibly comfortable beds and great showers! The location was perfect for exploring all of Rome by foot - we walked everywhere and saw all the major sights. There is a supermarket nearby as well as a taxi rank and lots of coffee places and pizza places to grab food easily. It could not have been more accurately described in the description. We were so happy with the apartment and would not hesitate to rent it again next time we are in Rome. The communication with Vicky was exceptional - very efficient, organised and helpful. She even messaged a few days before to let us know about a public transport strike on one of the days we were going to be in the city to help us to plan ahead. We felt very welcomed and very well looked after. We arrived in the city by train and walked to the apartment (approx 15 mins), we left the city by plane and took a taxi from outside the apartment (50e) to the airport.

Excellent flat, excellent location, excellent customer service

This clean, safe and warm flat is located in the heart of the tourist zone. A 2 minute walk to Trvei fountain. A 3 second walk to the metro stop and all across the road to Piazza Barberini. The owners made it so easy to find the flat and ensured a smooth check in and out. The Supermarket is a 30 second walk away. The flat has all the facilities you need. All the family, (young children) thoroughly loved this flat as the base to explore. The Vatican is three stops away on the metro (door to door took about 20 minutes). Would recommend to all👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Central Location, clean and well equipped

This flat is all about location. Extremely central and easy access from Train/Metro stations. Barberini is 2 stops from train station. You literally climb up the stairs from Barberini station and the flat is right in front of you. It is very close to Spanish steps and Trevi Fountains (about 10/15 min walk). For Vatican city, Colosseum, just hop on the metro line. The red bus (to tour Rome) and other similar bus companies are right outside. If you have to carry your own suitcase and take public transport on arrival in Rome, this is the flat for you. It is well furnished and secure. We ate our main meals in restaurants as Rome has many restaurants. We found a few good ones close to the flat. The tourist sights are very busy so do yourself a favour and get up early one morning to walk to the Trevi fountain and enjoy the fountain without the masses of tourist (7am), you will be glad you did. Our host Enza and Pablo were always quick to response to our queries and booking was hassle free. The photos are a true reflection of the flat. It was comfortable and clean. We were 3 ladies.There are two separate bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Wifi is good. We were there at the tail end of exterior renovations. As a result we experienced daily noise when the builders took the scaffolding down. This was out of control of our host, but they did notify us ahead of time and gave us a discount for the inconvenience. They dealt with the issue in a very professional manner and kept in touch with us during our stay. The good news is that the appartment is now looking even nicer from the outside and is lovely inside. I recommend this lovely flat for your stay in Rome.

We are an Italian-Spanish couple with 2 children: a girl of one year old and a boy of 3 years old. We met in London in 2001 and lived there for a couple of years. We work for the pharmaceutical industry in Madrid and we come to Rome very often to see the Italian family.

Why they chose this property

Having a house in the heart of Rome was one of our dreams. However, as we only come here on holidays, we can rent it to tourists the rest of the days that is empty. It helps us to pay our mortage.

What makes this property unique

The first unique benefit is the location. Located in the heart of ancient Rome and walking distance to everywhere - traffic is very chaotic in Rome so avoiding cars and parking was a must. Also you can easily move with the metro and the train anywhere you need.
The second unique benefit is the way the apartment is: cozy, lovely and charming.
