The interior of the house has an irresistible style that results to the ultimate relaxation, in order to create comfortable and delightful spaces. The 180 m2 house consists of 2 floors.

The top floor:
Master bedroom, with en suite bathroom, king size bed, air condition, safe, fan, TV and a private balcony, with a captivating view of the caldera.

The second bedroom has twin beds that can be turned into a king size bed, en suite bathroom, air condition, safe, fan and TV.

The ground floor:
Experience the unsurpassed beauty of Santorini, while having a light lunch in the beautiful dining room, or a Vinsanto in the sophisticated living room, that are both located on the ground floor, and face the beautiful caldera. A fully equipped, state of the art kitchen, and a restroom are also located on the ground floor.

The whole house has inclusive wireless internet, satellite TV and daily cleaning service. A mouth-watering breakfast with fresh local products is also available upon request at an extra charge. Enjoy, creamy Greek yoghurt with golden coloured honey, and walnuts while watching the tourists and the donkeys, walking by the narrow streets of Oia. Transfer to and from the airport is also available upon request.

A very relaxing half term in Oia

We tried lots of restaurants, both fresh fish at the various bays and more traditional Greek dishes in the village. Value was good, the local wines good and the service friendly throughout. The villa was extremely comfortable, well equipped and occupied an incredible position. The views were wonderful, the ambience peaceful, and everything was kept spotlessly clean.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST VIEWS IN SANTORINI + REAL LUXURY

Wow that's a lot of money to pay for one night in an apartment!! No it's not, this apartment not only has the best views in the whole of Santorini, but also views that compete with the best in the world - no debate. Oia has the reputation for the best sunsets in the world. This apartment has two large terraces, one directly facing the west and the sunset. Every night hundreds of people travel to Oia to see the sunset. They queue 10 or 12 deep to get a glimpse of this sunset. This home from home is at the highest point in Oia - the view could not be better. Just outside your front door the crowds mass for their glimpse of the sunset whilst you can sit on the terrace and enjoy that view in luxury with a glass of wine and the company of your family and friends. It is a privilege to stay here. It is large, beautifully and elegantly furnished - spotlessly clean, and just incredibly comfortable. The beds gave us a great night's sleep - or was that because we could leave the windows wide open and just take in the freshness of that glorious sea fresh air. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms - one set definitely more impressive than the other - so if you are two couples be aware that one set of rooms is bigger with better views than the other. Good, powerful showers in the bathrooms - lots of hot water, until the last morning (a minor problem!). Great kitchen if you want to cook, but plenty of great restaurants locally and also some excellent bakeries to pick up your breakfast pastries to eat with your freshly squeezed orange juice on the covered terrace facing the sunrise. Nicoletta (the owner's sister) gave us a warm welcome, introduced us to the apartment and helped with organising vista and trips during our stay. Communication with Lukia (the owner) was pleasant, straight forward and responded quickly to our enquiries. WiFi in most parts of the apartment - not the fastest in the world. But probably typical for Santorini. It's a good 5 minute walk, along narrow cobbled streets, from where the taxi drops you to the apartment - not an easy walk if you aren't fully mobile. Nicoletta was able to arrange assistance to carry some of our bags to the apartment, but we had to carry our own bags when we left. That was a major issue, but I hope that Lukia will ensure this doesn't happen for future guests. So is it worth the money?? Yes it is, without hesitation. If you are in this price range, stretch your budget you really won't regret it.

Didn't want to leave!

My husband, daughter, son-in-law and myself stayed for 4 nights. The villa did not disappoint. The view is spectacular.You walk thru the front door and look out and see the most amazineg view. It was everything the discription said. The kitchen is fully equipped so if you choose to prepare a meal it is possible. It is very clean with lots of room. We fell in love with the sunsets, which from the balcony are totally unobstructed and breathtaking. We spent most of our days relaxing on the balcony with the wonderful sunshine and soft breeze keeping us comfortable. The owner, Loukia, was so sweet and kind to us. She had stocked the fridge with items to start our stay with. She made sure our laundry was taken care of and assisted us with our luggage. She was concerned about seeing our every need was taken care of. The villa won our hearts and we certainly plan to return.

Perfect Property

Incredible property and experience. The host was always very responsive and helpful, including helping us arrange getting to and from the airport. The property is incredible with an ideal location of 180 degree views, including beautiful sunset views. The property is in excellent condition. Everything surpassed our expectations. We would definitely stay again and will recommend it to every friend visiting Santorini.

Has to be the best house in the island!

The house is very spacious with plenty of room - inside and outside. Pictures don’t do it justice. Breathtaking views, modern and clean interiors, gracious host - choices galore for restaurants within walking distance. Recommend as highest as I can!
