Relax in paradise in this well-appointed two bedroom, two bath beach front condominium that offers unsurpassed southern views of the Gulf of Mexico! The living room offers comfortable seating for the whole family with a flat screen TV, VCR, and DVD player. The sofa opens into a queen-size sofa bed. The open floor plan offers a dining room adjacent to the living room with a large dining table and 4 chairs with extra chairs in the bedroom for guests.
The kitchen boasts of new cabinetry and is open to the living room with breakfast bar. Upgraded appliances and kitchenware meets all of your cooking needs. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and flat screen TV with master bath. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and a twin bed with a hall bath outside the door. PLEASE NOTE: New tile floors, fresh paint, new living room set, new dining room chairs and both beds have been replaced. New pictures to come soon. AMENITIES FOR ALL GUESTS Gated with 24-hour Security Tennis Courts/Pickleball Courts (Court Fees Apply) Boat Slip Rentals (Additional Fees Apply) Exercise Room Short Walk to Tigertail Public Beach offering concession, barbeque grills, picnic tables, playground, restrooms, bird watching tower, small recreational water rentals. Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred." The king bed in master bedroom was very comfy. The porch is smaller than other units in the building but the condo seemed quite large. The had beach chairs and a cooler. Unfortunately the pool was down for most of the week during our stay.

The condo was very nice. Appreciated the updated kitchen and nice furniture. Spectacular view of the beach, lagoon and ocean. Swimming pool was nice too

Great condo! Great location! Nice gulf views!
Our family spent a week in Marco Island. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the beach and the location can't be beat! Travel times to restaurants and groceries was minimal. The pool area was very nice and it was quiet at night. We would definitely go back!

Great spot! Our family of five had plenty of space and the views were amazing.
Our family of five enjoyed a very relaxing seven night stay in this unit. It was spacious, clean and boasted beautiful views of the Gulf and the beach. The beach itself is about a five minute walk from the unit and is very easily accessed. The unit was well-stocked with linens, beach towels and more. Our only minor qualm involved the registration process. In addition to checking in with the real estate office, guests are required to register at the front desk of the building upon arrival. The building charges a registration fee of $25.00 which can only be paid by cash or check. While it is a very minor sum of money, it would be nice to have this fee disclosed on the reservation confirmation and/or the listing so that people will know about it ahead of time. Overall though, we were very happy with our stay here and thoroughly enjoyed working with the nice people at the Century 21 Office. We would certainly stay here again!
