There is a pool on the property, exercise room, Bar-B-Q area and parking. This cottage is completely furnished with all you will need. There are local restaurants nearby and Super Markets, plus a theater. You will never forget the Sunset and Sunrise as you sit in the comfort of this House by the Sea. This cottage is perfect if you are looking for a serene, calm, quiet vacation. There is everything you will need included with this rental. Boogie boards, snorkel equipment beach mats, beach chairs and umbrella, and many more items to make it comfortable. Lovely cottage with private beach access

Lovely stay in the Hawaiian countryside. The view of the ocean and the sound of the waves at night is fantastic. The sunrise is amazing. Enjoyed this getaway. Would strongly recommend, this lifestyle just comes with a few easy pointers to follow.

Relaxing in Paradise

Charming rustic cottage with a lovely lanai looking directly out to the ocean; perfect for relaxing or sharing a meal while enjoying gentle tradewinds. We fell asleep each night to the sounds of the waves coming into shore and woke to spectacular sunrises. Our host answered our questions quickly and offered great suggestions to make our stay even more special. Many thanks and we look forward to returning.

Absolute Paradise

The location directly on the beach could not be better! The lanai is beautiful and it was so peaceful to relax while listening to the ocean waves. The cottage was well equipped and comfortable. We would stay again!

Amazing Views, Lanai

Perfect property for a couple. Although, the place is a little dated and tight, the views can't be beat. Walking right onto a beautiful beach was the best feature of this property. Terrie is a great host and called to check up on us and see if we made it in okay. She also provided great tips on where to spot turtles in the early hours of the morning. Pros: on a beautiful beach, amazing lanai, thoughtfully furnished with all essential items, good internet, walking distance to shops and amazing food trucks Cons: tight space, a little dated, no a/c or dishwasher, noise from neighboring units. Overall, we had a positive experience and recommended for a couple who are willing to overlook some of the drawbacks.

I have lived in Hawaii all my life and finally got a place near the ocean to enjoy in my Senior years. I spend days here and have a difficult time going back to my city house. I love fishing and swimming and can watch my fishing pole from the living room, however, now I can also enjoy the sound of the waves, the beautiful mornings and lovely sunsets from my little Hale.

Why they chose this property

I have rented house all the way down the shore of Punaluu, Hauula, and Laie. This area was always my favorite because of the excellent beach that is never crowded. To be able to stay in my swim suit all day going into the water, out to cook, into the water, out for a drink and back into the water is the true Hawaiian Lifestyle.

What makes this property unique

This little cottage actually is enjoyed by all my family and friends. It is just the right size to entertain or just be an intimate hideaway. The right music at sunset will make for a wonderful memory.
