Granite rock base encompasses the large fire pit with seating for 16! Exterior includes large propane BBQ, dinner seating outside for 12,dinner seating inside for 12 plus 4 seats at the kitchen island.4 loungers, 15 RED muskoka chairs, 2 white muskoka chairs, 12 rustic wood chairs, 2 large benches +++. Also added is a brand new slide off the dock!

Breathtaking sunsets, privacy, parking for 5 cars, oversized windows with 18 foot ceilings and a breathtaking stone wood fireplace in the great room. 2nd Fireplace in the professionally finished lower level. Professionally decorated - granite counters throughout, stainless steel appliances, alluring muskoka room. Relax in the many tranquil spots located throughout the 2 acres of tall pines, along with a grassed flat area for activities such as badminton. This cottage lacks no attention to cottage life detail. – Be one of the first to book this cottage. It is sure to be the beginning to a yearly family retreat filled with lasting memories
Lower level for those rainy days includes 2nd family room and games area. Games area includes: Pool Table, Ping Pong, Poker Table, Fuzz Ball Hockey and Basketball hoops game! The cottage has 4 televisions with DVD player (65 inch, 65 inch and 45 inch & 40 inch). Also a selection of DVD's!
One week minimum in summer months/ due to cleaning is only weekly. Friday to Friday in summer only!

Great family vacation!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The house was equipped with everything that you could think of and then more. Cindy made everything extremely easy - absolutely no problems or issues of any kind. I would recommend this property to anyone with a large group . It had something for everyone. It provided a beautiful space to unwind and reconnect with family. Would love to go back again!!! Perfect for a family Christmas!!

The cottage was everything as advertised and more!!! A beautiful place to stay, a stunning location, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly imagine needing. The cottage owner was super helpful and responsive whenever we had questions and we all had an amazing time! So much so that we're hoping to be back in the summer!!

Family Getaway

We came for the weekend to celebrate a 65th birthday and had a fabulous time! The house is beautiful, as well as the location, and there is plenty to do! Every room was well equipped. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!
