Our designer self catering vacation rental has been newly renovated with air-condition and finds its self next to Belvedere Palace, Schwarzenberg-platz and Ring Street in a very prime and safe embassy district in Vienna.

Our apartment has a modern interior. Modern bathroom with Washer and soundproof Windows.

Consists of Two separated spacious Bedrooms with high quality extra beds with best comfort.

Close to our flat, you will find ample of shopping possibilities and quick access to grocery stores and underground.

Around the corner you will find the famous shopping street Landstrasse, Botanical Garden and Belvedere Palace.

For example you can reach the Vienna Opera House which is located in the very centre of Vienna only with one tram within Minuets.

ATM/Bank and Post office are in front of the door to our apartment.

Lovely place close to trams and trains to the city centre

We had a wonderful time, mani was so helpful befire and during the stay. Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The 10pm quiet time really is a thing in Austria so between 10pm and 7am you need to be quiet and we did get asked to be quiet as we were chatting and laughing later than 10. Please consider this if you are wanting to stay in the appartment in the evenings. We had a fab stay though and it was so easy to walk outside and get a tram to the christmas markets x

Great place to stay

Exactly as described, great location next to amenties and for Central Vienna and very easy transfer from the airport via train. Excellant apartment. Wonderful host, who made arrival meet and greet so easy. Would definately stay here again. Thank you Mani!

Spacious, Warm and Welcoming

Spacious high-ceilinged rooms. Well furnished. Well-appointed bathroom and kitchen. The apartment is next to Rennweg station and on tram route 71, either of which gets you to central Vienna in minutes. In the Rennweg station complex, there is a Lidl, a Subway, a BurgerKing and a range of cafes. The Belvedere is virtually across the road. A gentle twenty-five minute walk gets you into central Vienna. We used the S Bahn to get to Rennweg from the airport. On the return journey, we went into Mitte station where we were able to check in our luggage with Austrian Airways in the morning, and catch the CAT much later in the day. We had a thoroughly enjoyable week sampling the Christmas markets.

Friendly owner, shame that it's all so basic

The location next to the metro and the Belvedere Palace/Gardens is good, and is a bit of a walk to the centre of the city. The owner is friendly and helpful. The building and entrance need work and are not very pleasant. The apartment is basically furnished - echoey as soft furnishings are sparse. The kitchen in particular is basic: not many utensils, no microwave, or dishwasher. And the second bedroom is very small. The photos are accurate, just be aware that this isn't intended to be a luxurious apartment. It could be stunning but as it is, this apartment is 'okay/good'.

Lovely clean spacious flat in good position

The flat was in a lovely old building, but was very modern and comfortable inside. Very spacious and beautiful bathroom, spotlessly clean. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was fine, but lacking a few things like tea towels and equipment such as a colander and cooking utensils. But we managed, and the position of the flat was great. Trains and trams both run from nearby, so the city centre is very close.

For instance, both the Belvedere and the Hundertwasserhaus are located here, as are the Rochusmarkt, the shopping street Landstrasse itself, the Stadtpark, and the KustHaus. Furthermore, the 3rd is home to several embassies which makes the district into a very safe one.

-Within walking distance to attractions like Belvedere Palace, Schwarzenbergplatz and the Ring Street.

-You can walk to the Ring within 10 min.

-Tram Nr. 71 takes you to the following attractions: Belvedere, Schwarzenbergplatz, Kärntner Ring, Oper, City Hall
