This is a rare find in Seaside Park that combines spacious suite style bedrooms and close proximity to the beautiful Seaside park beaches. This spacious suite has an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, living room. This spacious Suite has a courtyard with Gas BBQ, Outdoor Shower, fire pit, and outdoor tables and loungers. Guests received a designated off street parking space and free street parking for traditional cars. This location is part of our Lazy River in the Park location that has a total of 5 Suites and two homes. Our properties are professionally cleaned and are re-sanitized and re-disinfected within two hours of our Guests arrival.

RULES
* Guests required to sign Confirmation with House Rules and Regulations.
* Linens and Towels are not included in Beach Rentals available from third party Concierge Service.
* One pet under 30 lbs permitted with approval with $ 150 Pet Disinfection Fee
* Between April 15 and June 30, occupancy limited to no more than
two adults per bedroom plus two children 12 or younger. No exceptions.
Minimum age for rentals must be 18 years or old. Reservations made by a guests under 21 can not have outside guests and subject to additional security deposit and or damage insurance.
* Off season short term rentals limited to Guests with temporary employment contracts or for home improvements and can show proof of ownership
* Parking limited to one car for 2 BR and 2 cars for 3 BR 7 up. Parking is either off street or by use of free meter parking tag
* *Furniture and Paint Color is based on prior year. Suites are often upgraded with new furniture and designed with new paint colors to enhance our Guests experience

Disclosure; Oct 15 - May 15. - Off Season Short Term Rentals do not allow pets and occupancy is limited to no more than 1 guest per bedroom. 2 BR suites have a maximum occupancy 2 guests from 3 BR permits 3 guests, 4 BR permits up to 4 guests. Non Employment Guests would require employment verification and credit check.
