OAK RIDGE CAY - private guesthouse bedroom1 with ensuite bathroom

3 Island style guesthouse rooms with private bathroom and shared kitchen and laundry located on the ground floor. This is the first bedroom located on the top floor of the guesthouse.

These rooms are located on Oak Ridge Cay, which is a separate little island only be accessible by boat, we provide a boat with its driver to get you to and from. Next door to the Reef House Resort.

There's a beautiful beach walking distance from our rooms, and lots of fun activities to do while you're here. There's also a restaurant and dive shop next door.

Come stay at Ocean Breeze Villa, a boutique guesthouse located on Oak Ridge Caye. Guests love the privacy of the property and the rustic modern feel of the bungalows. Guests enjoy the location with access to the local beach and amenities of The Reef House Resort where you can enjoy a freshwater pool and some of the best snorkeling on the island off their dock. The incredible lush foliage that contrasts the clear blue seas. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups of 10 people. Each guest room has its own private entrance and private bath. Each rooms has 2 queen beds.

All our rooms have A/C, high speed Internet, Smart TVs, and cable.

We are located on the Southeast side of Roatan where the trade winds keep it cool and comfortable. The only noise you'll hear is the sound of the ocean.

It is the perfect place to watch out for different marine life and wildlife.
Rustic Island guesthouse sitting on top of the Reef, making scuba diving, fishing, and snorkeling easily available. This fully furnished guesthouse is located on Oak Ridge Key. The guesthouse can only be accessed by boat from Oak Ridge, where there is parking/ taxi/ bus. Oak Ridge is an English-speaking shrimping and fishing Village with quint houses built around a large Harbor on several keys. We are next door to the Reef House Resort, 30 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from shopping in French Harbor.

We purchased the home when my children age 3 and 6. We traveled and homeschooled and this was our home base where we would gather with family and friends. We still gather as a family and with friends but my children are 23 and 20. Things have changed in the family with the kids growing up but our love for this home has not. We go as often as possible.

There are so many reason we choose this property here are a few direct flights from US, Local Area with friendly people, Safety being on the Key where the kids have loads of freedom. The reef and wall right in front of the house, the abundance of wildlife.
Roatan is part of a cluster of island archipelagos situated ten to forty miles off the northern coast of Honduras. Roatan is located in between Utila and Guanaja Islands. These islands are a gem in the western Caribbean, and they are surrounded by the largest barrier reef system in the northern hemisphere. The Mesoamerican Barrier Reef is only second in size to Australia's Great Barrier Reef.

Roatan's call to fame is its coral reef. The Mesoamerican Barrier Reef is world-renowned. It is the largest of its kind in the northern hemisphere and second largest worldwide. Only the Great Barrier Reef is larger in scope and size that is the reef in the waters around Roatan Island. The Mesoamerican Reef System extends from the Yucatan Peninsula in southern Mexico, down past the Bay Islands of Honduras. The reef system around Roatan has all three types of coral reefs and in it live countless marine creatures as it is comprised of many marine ecosystems. The waters around Roatan are a combination of open water and sheltered water. This makes Roatan perfect for Scuba Diving and also many other water sports.
