Lovely 700 square foot casita five minutes from Old Town; 10 minutes from Downtown Albuquerque. Quiet end-of-street 1 acre property with one other home, beautiful landscaping and swimming pool. Beautifully furnished carpeted living room with adobe-style fireplace and sleeper sofa; Dining room seats 6 comfortably; large bedroom sleeps two and has additional sitting area.

Bathroom and kitchen are decorated with Saltillo tile floors and traditional Mexican tile countertops. Lovely patio off of kitchen is perfect for outdoor grilling or just enjoying the beautiful New Mexico sky.

El Casita in the beautiful Land of "Entrapment".

My husband and I stood at El Casita from the 28th of June to the 6th of July. This house was PERFECT from the art on the walls, to the simplicity of the size. It had everything we needed to live out our week in Albuquerque, a place that my husband and I have decided to call our future home. What made our stay even better were the landlords, Jill and Marty. I have never experienced such dedication and kindness at any place we have vacationed like we did with both Jill and Marty. I mean, these two were just so beautiful to us! My husband suffers from multiple sclerosis, and they treated him so well. They didn't just treat us like tenants. They treated us like family. We literally felt at home. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience living in Albuquerque, NM. If we could, my husband and I would have stayed there forever! By the way, I have to give the Land of "Entrapment" slogan credit to Marty who said it the first day we arrived. I practically cried on the way back home.

Wonderful, centrally located charming retreat

I had a FABULOUS time at Jill and Marty's casita. Walking into the Casita was like coming home to the home I never knew I had! Marty and Jill provided everything needed for my stay. Most notably shower gel/lotion/shampoo in the bathroom and common staples in the kitchen like a full complement of spices, sugar, flour, coffee, tea and more. Location = 20 minutes or less to everything Comfort & Privacy = A+ Hosts = EXTRAORDINARY!!!

Great place, convenient location

We had a wonderful time during our week here. Saw a lot of Albuquerque and traveled south to Bosque del Apache and north to Santa Fe. Got lots of information from the hosts, including great places to eat and things to see.

Cozy and great hospitality

Jill and Marty greeted us as we arrived. The casita was clean ,cozy and had great areas to relax, cook and work. Thank you so much for sharing your moms casita with us!
