Since 2016 we have been offering in-home dinners served by our caretaker Bea. I personally trained her, as I have done with hundreds of other aspiring chefs. Bea is truly gifted, and she and I have created a menu of Belizean and Caribbean favorites, along with delicious Asian specialties. Our guests tell us we have some of the best food on the island.
