SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $300 security deposit is required for all reservations by leaving a valid credit card number on file. Credit card will only be charged if damages are noted upon departure. You may opt to purchase damage protection insurance starting at $59 in lieu of leaving a credit card number on file.
CANCELLATION POLICY: 60 days prior to check-in, guest will receive refund minus the $200 non-refundable reservation payment and all service fees charged by HOMEAWAY.
POOL HEAT PURCHASE: The pool heater will only warm the pool about 10 to 15 degrees F above the daily outside temperature. Heat is charged @ daily rate of $25. Pool heat and spa is heated with the same element.
