Our one-family house with a two-room vacation-apartment is situated heavenly, sunny and quiet on 750 m, with free view on Lake Lucern and the mountains.

Emmetten: Emmetten is a vacation-place, approximately 25 km south from Lucerne on a sunbathe terrace over the Lake Lucern, on 750 meters above the sea, and extends over two mountain tracks, one on the low burrows with gliding paradise, the other one leads into the ski and travelling-paradise Klewenalp-Stockhütte. Emmetten has a well-groomed gastronomy and entertains a very good infrastructure, village stores, sports business, hairdresser, mail, public means of transportation, doctor, etc.

Breath-taking view over Lake Lucerne

This is a great holiday property for two. Ithe ground-floor apartment is clean, spacious, well equipped and has a verandah with a view second to none. The charming and helpful owners Doris and Walter live above but you wouldn't know it as we never heard them. The house is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac but is conveniently situated to allow you to explore the wonderful countryside, lakes and peaks,

Immaculate property and excellent view of lake!

The property was immaculate and very comfortable with an excellent view of the lake from the balcony. Doris and Walter were friendly and very approachable. We had a problem connecting our phones and IPad to the Wi-fi but Walter very kindly let us borrow his laptop, which was already connected to the internet. Greatly appreciated!

Fantastic views along with great hospitality from the owners.

We would recommend this apartment, it has fantastic views that you can't explain other than stunning and better than the photos (weather permitting of course) During our stay we had blue sky sun, snow and rain with low cloud so we experienced all the changes. It has all you need great facilities and road/transport access local shops etc. It is more for a couple and great as a base as we did whilst travelling around to the many many attractions, too many and not enough time or energy to do as much as we wanted. Great to finish a day off on the balcony, glass of wine watching the sunset over the lake. Thanks to the owners Doris & Walter Mark & Nannette

perfekte Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber, man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Die Aussicht auf den Vierwaldstätter See ist super. Fam. Knöpfli ist total freundlich und hilft gerne bei Fragen. Die Woche Urlaub war einfach perfekt. Danke nochmals Fam. Seiß
