Villa Deus is a Private Luxury Villa, built roughly a century ago as a Cave House ,ideal for a carefree luxurious Vacation Break ,as it has been sensitively renovated.

It's situated ,below the village of Pyrgos, in the quiet residential area of Exo Gonia, designated by the E.U. as a protected traditional settlement.

The Villa offers magnificent view to the Aegean Sea, large exterior areas and a private swimming-pool of luxurious manufacture. It comprises of a Main Residence and two independent Guest Houses, Clio and Polymnia. The Main Residence,has two Double Bedrooms (King and Queen),a fully equipped Kitchenette,a living Room with Fireplace,a spacious Dining Room with a domed ceiling and a large Bathroom with an indoor Jacuzzi . The ''Clio'' Guest House has two separate Bedrooms and a Bathroom,and finally,the ''Polymnia'' Guest House has a Bedroom and a Bathroom.

Villa Deus is large enough to comfortably accommodate up to 10 persons,ideal for large families or groups of friends.

Additional Service: Upon your arrival the Residence Manager will be available on a daily basis in order to organize your stay at the Villa, arrange for your transfers from/to airport/port ,recommend you sightseeing and provide you with any further information, you could ask for..

Beautiful Villa

The Villa was lovely with great accommodation for our group of 8. Its a little away from the real tourist parts which was perfect. Short walk up to the beautiful village of Prygos with stunning views and lots of restaurants. Metaxi Mas restaurant, a five minute walk and Anemoloos at the top of the steps to the Villa both did really good food. You do need a car to see the whole island but our longest drive was 25 minutes to Oia.

Best Villa on Santorini

Start I would like to thank all the people of Deus Villa for having us at this amazing villa. Our positive experience with the management cannot be exaggerated. Naya answered most of our emails within minutes (and we had a lot of emails). They went beyond of what I expected when we had a situation with our visas (printing, scanning and stamping our invitation in the middle of the night). About the Villa: We travelled as two groups of people for our wedding. 10 people and one toddler total stayed at the villa. Airport transfer was organized for two separate groups free of charge, and everything was on time despite the aircraft delay on the way to Santorini. When we arrived at the villa we were amazed at the beauty of the villa as well as at its size. This is one of the best villas to stay with a large group. Deus villa kindly provided a crib for a baby. Pool is large, just big enough for a big group, there are sun beds at hand. barbecue area is amazing. Villa looks so much better in real life. Villa has 5 separate bedrooms ( 2 main house, 2 guest house and 1 separate guest house). Pool is cleaned daily, jacuzzi is cleaned daily, housekeeping is also daily. Kitchen area had all of the necessary items for us to cook. Barbecue had coal and wood to burn. Location of the villa is great. Two restaurants are within walking distance one is just across the road from the villa and one is famous Metaxi Mas just up the hill. However you will need a car when staying on this villa, its about 10 -15 minutes from Fira and 5-8 from Kamari. Argy will be able to help with everything such as excursions, restaurant booking, transfers, car rentals and etc. Out of everything that can be better is wifi is available at the main house and dining area, this is something that can be improved, however it was not a big problem at all, since internet was working no problem. Overall: every single person loved the villa and we wish to stay there again some time soon. Naya is so friendly and easy to deal with, helped us a ton. One of the best villa experience we had. In addition to all, price was very good for such large villa, so if you are traveling with the group of 8 - 10 people this is one of the best values you will get. 100% recommend and will come back there! Thank you very much!

A villa where they go the extra mile

A group of 5 couples had a wonderful stay in this property. The villa was clean, spacious and well maintained. The host, Argy, went out of his way to make our stay wonderful, including arranging transport whenever any of us needed it. Everything was well organised and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

An amazing place to celebrate my 60th with friends and family

An absolutely gorgeous place to celebrate friendships and family. With a full kitchen, two living rooms, a veranda, 5 rooms, an outdoor pool and separate bbq patio with hammock there were many places to gather or getaway if you wanted a little alone time. Incredible views from pool where i often woke early to experience dawn. The villa was extremely clean and well appointed. After exploring Santorini in much heat and humidity it was always delightful to return to our beautiful home away from home to relax, unwind and cool off. As lovely as this villa was the best part was our amazingly attentive, communicative and thoughtful resident manager Argys. He arranged arrival and departures for entire group which was essentially 5 separate arrivals and 2 departures for many of us were continuing to Paros. He responded to every request for information or transport assistance and he stocked the villa with water, wine and juice. He arranged and delivered a special catered meal one night which was extraordinary. We felt very well appreciated and taken care of. If you want a truly special getaway where you can feel pampered and away from it all i highly recommend the Villa Deus villa.

We came to Santorini for our daughters wedding. Villa Deus is breathtaking 😍 Argy the property manager is exceptional our holiday has been so relaxed thanks to all his amazing help and support. Also a shout out to Naya at Stayz who made the booking procedure seamless
