About this property

200 year old post and beam renovated barn is nestled on secluded 10 acres situated one mile from Longnook Beach, the Cape's most beautiful ocean beach in the National Seashore park. We are an active organic vegetable farm.The barn is adjacent to the park and offers many secluded walks. It has a brand new deck. Open floor plan on first floor with full kitchen, dining and living area. There are also 2 twin beds in the loft. Flower and Vegetable gardens galore!

Farm cottage

Dilys is a good communicator, and was very friendly. The cottage is just as advertised, very rustic, but just fine for me and my friend, for the location is great, we’re right on the owner’s beautiful farm and near our favorite beach. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to cook in. We’ll be back!

Imagine, you are in need of peace and quiet, surround yourself with nature like in your best childhood memory of your favorite camp. come out from under the trees and there is a view in every direction you go within a mile....be it ocean coast line or harbors surrounded by old word villages. Everywhere else is the Cape, a very short distance in any direction, everything you can want....even a great nursery within a mile incase you are missing your garden back home......or perhaps you are an artist or a writer looking for...that space? you found it here. location location location.

This property , located on 10 acres, has been in our family since 1940. I have spent every summer of my life here, and since retiring 9 years ago my husband and I have devoted our time and energy into developing an organic vegetable farm and now sell to many restaurants, stores, and at our farmstand.

Why they chose this property

We offer serenity and privacy as well as proximity to a beautiful beaches and many bike and walking trails. We also are only 9 miles from Provincetown where there are many fine restaurants, activities, art galleries and theater.

What makes this property unique

I have been taking care of and renting the main house on the property since I was 18. So while we are relatively close, living in the main house, we also understand completely the need for privacy for our renters. We are also a source of information for travelers. We welcome all!
