Wonderful condo!

This is our second time staying at The Sand Dollar. Todd is very helpful with questions or issues. The condo is very comfortable and clean. Great location, able to walk to town and Marina.

Location, location, location

Unit is great! Had everything you need for a enjoyable stay. The best feature is the location - across the street from the Strand, easy drive to Dana Point Harbor, main street. Pool and hot tub are nice too! We will be back.

Enjoyable stay!

We loved the open kitchen and living room! Lots of windows with great plantation shutters! The condo owner. Todd was very accommodating! We will definitely come back for a return visit!

close to ocean

Too bad it had no A/C, for it was really damp at night, and not much breeze, being on the first floor. Nice hiking trails all around the property, some towards the beach, others with spectacular view for many miles. Functional Kitchen. Need to get your own TP and paper towels.

Why they chose this property

We chose Dana Point since it had more parks, activities, restaurants and city amenities than most beach cities. Music concerts, whale festivals, outdoor movies are just a few fun activities in addition to the beach. Neighboring Laguna Beach and San Clemente expand the options with just a 15 minute drive.

What makes this property unique

The Unique Benefits at this Condo: Our condo is in Niguel Beach Terrace, directly across the street from Strands Park and the new Strands at Headland development. We share the same beach as the Ritz Carlton, at a fraction of the price. The new beach funicular is 'one of a kind' and a fun experience for young and old.
