Great place!

Lucinda at Sueno del Mar is a great condo - close to everything. The property itself is well laid out and had everything we needed for our stay. The grounds are nicely kept with a great pool. Pauline was amazing in providing info, arranging for airport pickup and answering any questions. She was sure to greet us and stopped by to say goodbye the day we left. Only good things to say about our stay!

AMAZING condo!!

In a heartbeat, we would book this condo again. The condo location is excellent. You are less than a 5 minute walk to Chahue beach - go check out the sunrises!! Within 5-15 minutes walking in any direction you have endless restaurant options. The grocery store is just over a 5 minute walk (taxis are plentiful as well if you want to grab a taxi). The location is just perfect. The condo itself is so comfortable and well equipped. Anything you could need is there! Nice tall ceilings, comfy bed, patio is fantastic for your morning coffee with a jungle view. And the fridge has filtered ice and water - super handy and convenient. The staff at the facility are SO friendly and helpful when needed. The pool area is beautiful, inviting and a great place to spend your time. Communication with both owners was seamless - they are both so welcoming and helpful, but also just leave you enjoy your trip if you wish! Can not wait to come back!!

Great Location

First this Location is literally next to Bahia Chahué, beautiful beach. Nearby to Crucesita town, also Santa Cruz less than 10 min ride in a cab. There's cabs 24hrs a day. Lots of restaurants, grocery store, lots of farmacies and a couple hospitals too. Overall great stay, besides the intense heat during our stay everything else was great. Nice well maintained condo and building.

Surf and relax

This property is absolutely beautiful. The pool was absolutely my favorite part it was so pretty and clean. We spent a few afternoons just relaxing. The property is close to restaurants and the beach and just up the street is the market. We met such nice people that were residence that live there full time and they were so pleasant and gave us great tips on places to eat and visit. I can’t say enough about this place. There was literally nothing wrong. There were pool toys beach towels and even shopping bags for the grocery store. The kitchen was well equipped if you want to make a few meals and the bed was comfortable. You definitely will not be disappointed.

Great condo

Wonderful stay, and Pauline was very attentive as the property manager. Be prepared for late night noise (until 4 am) from the area bars, use the air conditioner for white noise and bring ear plugs. That worked well.
