This precious spot is right on the Intracoastal Waterway where you can watch the boats go by from your bedroom, living room and kitchen. If you rent in December, you will have a front row view of the Palm Beach boat parade. You will be walking distance to a recently redesigned Jack Nicklaus golf course as well as a year round heated lap pool and tennis courts. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. You will also be within 15 minutes of ten miles of free, clean public beaches.

Kitchen in this unit is recently renovated and the walls are freshly painted. New linens are also included as well as beach towels, chairs and umbrella.

Wonderful.

I was very comfortable and happy staying at this property. The owner is very nice and wanted to make sure everything was okay, working properly and in good condition.
