Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

RVA would not honor our booking and placed us in a less desirable location.

I would never stay with the RVA resorts. We had a reservation at Whitney Beach of which they did not honor. VRBO would not even reimburse me for the $50 booking fee. I would never use VRBO again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Apartment, the Location right on the Beach, the proximity to the City make the vacation a real relaxation for us. The Price is high for Europeans, but due to the lack of alternatives in November, it ́s okay for older people
