A Little Oasis

We had a wonderful stay. Well equipped with a nice private heated pool and quiet backyard. It lists as having a hot tub but it’s just a seat in the actual pool. Didn’t make a difference to us. We would recommend and will stay here again.

Great stay at the Palm House

The house is very bright and comfortable, in a lovely setting with many trees and plantings. The kitchen is large and easy to use. The pool was warm and delightful. The location is terrific for accessing downtown, beaches and shopping. Michael was extremely responsive to us, answering every question immediately and resolving every concern promptly. A wonderful host.

Fantastic House for our Family Wedding Weekend

The house was just as described and the property manager was super helpful the whole time we were there. The laundry room is outside the main door in another room - nice big laundry room - attached to the house. The pool was perfect and the sliding doors are heavy enough that a toddler couldn't open them alone. There were pool toys in a large bin which helped a lot. The kitchen was perfect for preparing food as we had people over the day after the wedding and was able to gather around the dining room table - 9 of us adults and two babies. Wonderful. Had a great time.

Lived up to expectations

Lovely, modern, and spacious home. The pool water is warm (for those cool evenings) and the pool is large enough to swim in. Grounds are spacious and pleasant for sitting outside. Process was easy, WiFi was working and the furniture is full-featured (comfy couches).

Why they chose this property

We adore Sarasota for its beautiful beaches, great art scene and amazing restaurants. There is always a lot to do, with kids or without.

What makes this property unique

The location is wonderful. You can walk to the mall in 15 minutes, or drive there in a couple of minutes. It's about a 15 minutes drive to famous Siesta key beach, which is known for its fabulous sand, which honestly feels like powdered sugar! Very close to Lido beach as well, and you can also drive to Longboat key from here and also the absolutely gorgeous Anna Maria Island where watching the sunset at The Sandbar restaurant is nothing short of spectacular.
