100% IKEA wäre wirklich nicht das Problem, wenn die Möbel wenigstens fachgerecht zusammengebaut gewesen wären. Die Stühle am Esstisch drohten ständig auseinanderzufallen, die Betten knarzten bei jeder kleinen Bewegung. Die Beleuchtung über dem Spiegel im Bad funktioniert selten und wenn, dann nur halb, die Beleuchtung über der Dunstabzugshaube funktioniert nicht. Die Außenanlage war ungepflegt. Das Hygienekonzept verbot offenbar schriftliche Informationen zu den Einrichtungen im Haus, gut, aber die Bücher, die irgendwie stilvoll unter dem Fenster drapiert waren, begannen zu schimmeln, was wohl auf Kondenswasser der Scheibe zurückführbar ist. Hygiene stelle ich mir anders vor. Mangels Informationen war auch die Situation mit dem Müll unklar. Im Schuppen fand sich schließlich eine defekte kleinere Mülltonne, durch Beobachtung der Nachbarschaft konnte dann ermittelt werden, wann die Müllabfuhr kommt. Während die Nachbarschaft über Papier- Bio- Restmülltonnen verfügt, gab es hier nur die kleine geplatzte Tonne. Einige der Tassen hatten abgesprungene Ränder, keines der Messer war scharf. Alle beschichteten Pfannen waren offenbar schon längere Zeit im Eimer. Der Kühlschrank klingt wie ein Schiffsdiesel. Die sogeannte Empore ist ein Witz. Beide Öffnungen sind von oben nicht sinnvoll, da sie zu schmal sind. Die Öffnung über der Küche lässt nicht nur jedes Geräusch ungehindert nach oben, sondern auch alle Küchendüfte. Die oberen Räume haben nur ein Dachflächenfenster, sonst lässt sich kein Fenster öffnen. Das ist besonders prekär, wenn man die Türe zwischen den Räumen schließt. Wer hat sich das ausgedacht? Wir waren im Winter da. Die Heizkörper sind zwar leistungsfähig (Elektro) aber sehr klein, was dazu führt, dass sie extrem heiß werden. Das ist für kleinere Kinder gefährlich.

Leider in nicht sehr guten Zustand

Das Haus war nicht wirklich gereinigt. Beispiele: Der Staubsauger war so voll, dass der Dreck beim Saugen rauskam. Die Fenster waren verschmiert und die Matratzenschoner fleckig. Die Holzterrasse scheint schon seit längerem in großen Teilen verrottet zu sein- sehr gefährlich! Der Vermieter ist nicht Wirklich auf die Einwände und bekannten Mängel eingegangen. Für den Preis hätten wir ein besseres Haus erwartet.

Schönes Ambiente! Tolles Haus! Super Urlaub!

Der Urlaub mit meiner kleinen Familien war wirklich super. Gerade die Nähe zum Wasser (20 m), einer Minigolf-Anlage, Strand, Trampolins, Beach-Volleyball-Platz, Restaurant, Go-Kart-Bahn hat den Aufenthalt für uns und gerade die Kinder sehr entspannend gestaltet. Zum Kochen waren alle wichtigen Dinge vorhanden und nach einem leckeren Essen mit kühlen Getränken (danke sehr großem Kühlschrank mit großem Eisfach) musste nicht mal per Hand abgespült werden, sondern alles bequem in den Geschirrspüler geräumt werden. Auch das Obergeschoss (Teppichboden) war super zum spielen für unsere Kleine. Als es ein Problem mit dem Geschirrspüler gab, würde einfach beim Hausmeister angerufen, der innerhalb 1h da war und das Problem gelöst hat. Zur Kontrolle unserer Zufriedenheit hat sich sogar der Vermieter auf den Weg gemacht. Alles in Allem ein wunderbarer Urlaub! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Great location and place to rest and relax

The apartment is in a great location, very close to the lake and there are restaurants and sport events closeby. Communication with the host is very kind and uncomplicated, there are also lots of information in the house. The big terrace is my best part, perfect for taking rest, reading etc, it's so cool even though in a hot summer day. I loved my stay! Thanks a lot!
