About this property

Our well appointed townhome is beautifully furnished. It features new table & dining chairs, new sofa & love seat, 4 terraces, 2 overlooking the harbor (where manatees and dolphins have been spotted swimming), 4 TVs, cable, internet, washer/dryer, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. Tile and hardwood floors throughout. The main bedroom has a king poster bed and en-suite bath, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with en-suite bath, and the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and is located next to the main bath. Plus we have a queen air mattress available and a pack n play.

The townhome is in the Resort & Club at Little Harbor which is right on Tampa Bay between Tampa and Sarasota but away from the crowds.

The beach is just yards from our home. On the beachfront you can enjoy full service dining all day, the tiki bar with live entertainment, and the beautiful sunsets over Tampa Bay. The community offers a private beach, heated pool, outdoor fire pit, hot tub, basketball, pickle ball, tennis, playground, boating, 2 marinas with slips and a fishing pier.

Golf cart available for an additional fee through the owner or other sources and is not included in the rent.

Manatees, Dolphins, and Relaxation, Oh My!

This was such a hidden treasure! Watching the manatees off the deck was my favorite, but the private beach, pool/hot tub (also where you watch the dolphins!), appetizers from Hooks (in the complex at the pool), and watching the sunset while eating at Sunset Grill (in the complex at the beach) were close seconds. The kids also enjoyed the game room and basketball court. Everything I mentioned is in the complex and an easy walk if you don't want to drive. The location is also about an hour from other great places to check out. For those of you with kids, it's good to know that there is a first-floor bedroom next to a common bathroom, thenthe next floor has another bedroom (with its own bathroom), and the master (also its own bathroom). Each room has its own deck (the master looks over the Manatee's grove) and spacious closet and drawer space. If you're looking for a peaceful location--look no further. You are surrounded by peace here! Side note: The owners checked in on Day 1 to ensure everything was all set. This was very much appreciated (just in case), and I was happy to say that everything met our expectations (exceeded, really!).

Beautiful stay

The unit is very nice. We sat on the balcony to watch the manatees in the lagoon. I made a mistake with our reservation, and Julie, the host, noticed it before me. She contacted me and resolved the issue with efficiency, grace and respect. We then continued to enjoy our stay as I had originally intended. Seamless. Thanks, Julie. We would recommend and stay again ourselves.

We chose this community because it truly is a quiet, private, off the beaten path treasure. A hidden gem if you will!

What makes this property unique

The benefits are awesome here. You can do as much or as little as you like. The area offers tranquility yet is within 1/2 to 1 1/2 hours of everything. Busch Gardens, Adventure Water Park, Lego Land, Disney, Bradenton, Anna Maria Island, and all Tampa and St. Pete have to offer, shopping, restaurants, theater, golf, airports, outlets, etc. It is right on Tampa Bay and has incredible sunsets and absolutely amazing weather.
