About this property

Our luxury home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac on the prestigious Indian Point, Kissimmee. The villa backs onto a conservation area which is home to a large variety of wild life. Despite its quiet location our home is within 10 minutes of Disney's theme parks, numerous shops and restaurants. It is also within easy reach of Sea World and Universal Studios (Harry Potter World). There is a private screened, solar heated swimming pool at our house and in addition our guests have the use of a large communal pool, tennis courts and children's play area - within a short walking distance. Our home has recently been refurbished to a high standard and comes with 5 flat screened TV's, a games room with pool table, and electronic darts.

For families with young children there is a travel crib high chair, and stroller available. (free of charge)

We have 24/7 monitored security system and fitted safe for the use of our guests.

Free High Speed Wi-fi is available.
Free state to state & local phone calls.
Free HDTV (more than 150 channels).

Fabulous Family Holiday in Super Accommodation

Villa was a perfect base camp to explore everything Florida jas to offer. We even witnessed a space launch which was visible from the front of the house. Location in a cul de sac ensures peace and quiet. Shops and restaurants all within a few minutes drive. The house is really well equipped and very comfortable even for a large family

Home away from home

Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Unlike other properties we have stayed in, Tina and Johns had literally everything we needed for our 2 week stay. Fab location, close to highway 192 and within easy access to all the parks and a large Walmart. Thank you for letting us stay!

Lovely clean, comfortable villa

We had an enjoyable stay, property was clean, with plenty of towels for the pool, which was clean. Close to Disney and has a Walmart near by and a Publix a short drive away.

Perfect family pool

Great place with everything you would need. We have a picky family and they had nothing negative to say (which is quite unique). Definitely recommend!

We looked long and hard for this property on Indian Point, as we were intent on finding the perfect location for families to enjoy all that the area has to offer whilst having the benefits of staying on a quiet family orientated community.
