Wonderful luxurious home from home!

We have been renting this beautiful home for several years both in the Fall and Season - a total of 5.5 months per annum! Unfortunately for personal reasons we are moving on. We have no hesitation in recommending this gorgeous home to you. The beds are super comfy; the kitchen has everything you could need and the outdoor pool area is so private, it is like your own mini Oasis! The owners Joe and Lucille have been wonderful to deal with - nothing is too much trouble - and on the odd occasion when something has needed fixing it has been dealt with immediately. If you are looking for a comfortable luxurious home from home this is it!

Fabulous Home...can't wait to go back

Just got back after a month of holidays (Nov 2012) and cannot say enough about the home and the owners and heritage bay. The description of the home was very accurate and came with every amenity. They offered fabulous "heavenly beds" that were to die for. The property was well maintained and beautifully decorated. they had everything you needed to cook with and much more!!The photos in the ad do not do it justice. The home is located in a lovely golf gated community and is situated on the best street in the community. The home backs onto the nature preserve so privacy was not an issue. It has 4 wonderful bedrooms and 3 full baths. A beautiful pool and hot tub (which we used everyday). While we were there we saw wild turkeys and lots of deer throughout the community! It is not a late night party place as most homeowners are in their homes by 9p.m. Most nights my dad and I would go for 4 mile walks after dark and see no one. The owners were prompt with their responses and very accomodating with every question and request. They were a pleasure to deal with!!! The community has 3 lovely 9 hole courses which I had the enjoyment of playing. 14 rounds in 3 weeks!! Heritage Bay is located in North Naples off of I75 and there are many lovely beaches located about 15 minutes away. It is about a good 20 minute drive to downtown Naples, but there are lots of shops etc within a 10-15 minute drive. The best part is that it is only 25 minutes to the Fort Myers airport. All i can say is that you will not be disappointed with this home or Heritage Bay. I would recommend this place to anyone and hope to be back next year!!!! thanks Joe & Lucille for sharing your lovely home with my family!!!

Beautiful home in a fabulous golf community

This new home was more than we expected. We were honored to be the first family to stay in this home and we all enjoyed our stay with great comfort! The quality furnishings include a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, including quality cookware, outside weber grill, fine hotel quality bedding (hard to find in a rental), and so much room for our family of 5 and guests. The location in Heritage Bay is absolutely ideal as the golf course and club house, pool and fitness center are within walking distance. The peaceful serenity of the location was so comforting and relaxing, yet it was close to shopping for anything that you might need. It was nice to be away from the heavy traffic of Naples, yet easy to get to any restaurant or shop in the area. We played golf nearly every day! As you can read, we LOVED this home!
