This is a gorgeous condo!!

Before you read the description of this condo, I will list the reasons why you should seriously consider booking this unit.

1) The view from this unit is breathtaking views of the ocean,not to mention that you can see it without stepping out of the unit or having to go to the lanai. You can see it while you are in the remodeled kitchen or in the living room.

2) Our photos are reflective of the condos condition- Our photos of the view are not zoomed or cropped to make it appear larger or closer.

3) One of Maui's best beaches (Charley Young/ Kamaole 1 beach) is just across the street. Our unit is located in building 1 which is closest to the beach,

4) We have a local management company (Maui condo and home.) To take care of our guest needs or emergencies.

5) We have beach chairs,umbrellas, boogie board, mix and match snorkle gear and cooler for your day on the beach. We also have tennis rackets, soccer ball and golf set for you to use.

6) We respond quickly to inquiries and are very easy to deal with.

7) Bedroom has a new bedroom set, comfortable bed with 4 inch memory foam topper, new ceiling fan and mirrored closet doors.

8) Kitchen and bathroom were remodeled with new cabinets and granite counter tops and the living room has a 42 inch LCD TV.

9) Free wireless internet and free long distance to Canada and United states.

10) Overall a GREAT value for the view and amenities we offer in the condo!!!!!. Please read our great reviews!

Do you ever wonder why most listings do not include the view from inside their condos? Maybe because most of them do not have any ocean view and if they do, the view is so far that they have to zoom and crop the picture for it to appear closer. Condos in Maui Vista are not the same. This newly remodeled condo has great ocean views and can be seen without having to walk out to the lanai. It is also just steps away from the beach across the street.

The condo has a n A/C in the living room and ceiling fans in both living room and bedroom and has blackout drapes to prevent the condo from getting hot.

The condo is located in the most popular building #1 because of its distance to the beach and it is on the 3rd floor which has magnificent ocean view!!!

Walking distance to many shops and restaurant.

THE PICTURES DO NOT DO JUSTICE TO THE COMFORT AND ELEGANCE OF THIS CONDO. THIS CONDO WILL NOT DISAPPOINT!!! WITH THE LOCATION AND THE AMENITIES WE OFFER, THIS MAY VERY WELL BE THE BEST ONE BEDROOM CONDO IN OVERALL VALUE AT MAUI VISTA!!!

Very nice for small family

Property was across the street from Kamaole 1 Beach, and an easy walk. Big plus for being equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, and snorkel and boogie stuff.

Needs some work in condo

We had stayed at 2 other resorts in Maui and this one was our last 2 weeks. We were disappointed in a shower that leaked on the floor so I was cleaning up after every shower. They put a curtain rod in inside the glass wall that made the shower 4 inches narrower and you had to be careful when getting in or out and still had some water so washing extra towels every day. Plus the water was not hot in the shower. And I menitoned the people below our condo smoking pot which smelled so we coundn't enjoy the porch much.... sorry Feel like this one was not a a good place to have a vacation. Felt we paid to much especailly conpaired to the others we stayed at.

Amazing View

We come to Maui every February. The view was amazing but the condo could use some tender, loving care. The drapes are torn, the clock needs new batteries, the cooling system is challenging and there were no beach towels to be found. Still, if it had been available we would have rented it again next year just for the view. The other issues were minor.

Close to beach

Listing is accurate, lovely sunset views from the small deck. We could also see whales breaching from the deck. Great location, can easily walk to a number of restaurants/food trucks.

We love the beach so much that we decided to purchase this condo after a vacation in 2002. We love to travel so we know what travelers need to enjoy themselves, including the best in accommodations.
