This 2500 square foot home offers plenty of parking at the end of a very quiet street. The large deck, with outside dining area, will provide many beautiful vacation memories. The deck is so large there is a bags game in the sunroom that we put out on the deck and play there, now that's a big deck. The screened-in sunroom offers kids and adults alike a place to unwind. It features foosball and shuffle board tables, and additional sheltered seating off the deck. The fully-equipped modern kitchen is ready for cooking and dining with seating for 10.

A bench at the kitchen eating area provides plentiful seating for adults or children. The two spacious living areas offer comfortable arrangements with two queen pull out sofa sleepers and a 47' flat screen TV with DVD player. The master suite pampers you with a king-size pillow top bed and large, private bath with combo tub/shower, a walk-in closet and a 27' flat screen TV. The other two bedrooms provide queen pillow-top beds.

One of the guest bedrooms has a 27' flat screen TV and DVD player. Everything you might need is provided, including washer and dryer, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, high-speed internet, TVs and cable, gas fireplace and gas grill, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, cooking, dining, and beverage ware, coffee maker, blender, toaster, & hand mixer. You will also find hair dryers, alarm clocks, iron & ironing mat, bath & kitchen paper products, soap and towels (please bring your own lake towels).

There is a highchair for use with children. Great fishing right off the dock! We are the last dock in the rear of a calm / no wake cove. The swim deck provides safe swimming and tanning since there is no water traffic. A 10 X 24 ft. boat slip is included, but a second boat could safely be moored to our dock during your stay. Paved roads from Hwy. 54 to Y road with only a 1/4 mile of gravel to get you to this fun getaway!

One of the best features of our lake house is its location. You will be at Mile Marker 6 on the main channel in Possum Cove. By water, you are only 10 minutes away from the best bars and restaurants on the lake. Shady Gators, Horny Toad, Coconuts, Jolly Rogers, Beavers, Franky and Louies. Coffman Beach public boat launch is just a couple miles away, and there is boat trailer parking available at a neighboring property.

The fishing on the dock is great for Bass in early morning and late afternoon, you will see some of the Bass that have been caught on the dock in the slideshow. We always catch and release, maybe that's why we catch so many on the dock.
