Ocean view & hot tub on a secluded quiet road. There are 3 Queen Beds and 4 twin beds. Please no single night gap during Summer! No stairs into the house from the parking. Galley style kitchen fully stocked opens to private patio with hot tub, picnic table, porch swing & yard. All overlooking the ocean! Living room has huge picture windows, floor to ceiling river rock fireplace, open beams , vaulted ceiling & Big Screen Tv with hardwood floors throughout. Great spot for surf & sand views, sunsets or Whale watching. There is an additional wrap around upper deck . Perfect for lounging on wooden adirondack chairs while watching the surf roll in. Completely furnished with linens and towels.
Max 10 guests (including day visitors) and 3 parking spots.
No single night gaps July & Aug.,Spring Break & Christmas week
We have always taken cleaning seriously but are working extra hard to sanitize every surface following Covid-19 CDC Guidelines and con-tactless check in.

Great home

The home was comfortable and peaceful. We are all elderly ladies with various disabilities. Getting to the beach was somewhat difficult. For younger people and families, it would be easier. Very nice week with good friends.

Great views/close walk to beach

Nice older home (built in the 1940s). Got to meet the managers/property owners who came quickly to fix a tv hdmi issue. We struggled to find the house using google maps and Mapquest, So I would suggest googling Ester Lee motel and going from there. Pros: wonderful views Privacy 3 min walk to the beach Hottub Beds were descent Great back porch Kitchen well stocked Wifi Gym is 5 minutes away Cons: Cold downstairs vs Warm upstairs (older home temp issues) Furnace system for heat was pretty loud but we have noise makers, so wasn’t a big deal for us Somewhat Dirty by nights stands and behind beds (particularly in room adjacent to downstairs bathroom)

Our Stay

It was rsiny so didnt get to enjoy the outdoor fireplace. Loved the hot tub. So glad it was under cover. The views were awesome.

Unique house, great view of ocean.

The house is very unique in the way that the layout is. Quiet neighborhood. The driveway is small and a little difficult to park a full size truck. The views are amazing, especially from the hot tub. The downsides where the rules posted on everything. Our biggest issue was being woken up in the middle of the night from blaring sirens and spending several minutes trying to figure out where it was coming from. We put a couple wet towels on top of the washing machine and water slowly dripped onto the floor which triggered a leak sensor. It was god awfully loud and thought it was a tsunami siren at first. It ruined one of our nights there. Called the property manager super early and they were quick to respond. Other than that, we would stay there again.

Knitting group retreat

The living room is very nice and cozy comfy and the view is gorgeous. There are plenty of beds but a couple of them have squeaky mattresses. The furnace is really noisy at night in two of the bedrooms. The bathrooms are very old and the last remodel was a decade or two ago. The downstairs has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and the kitchen. The kitchen leaves a lot to be desired. It needs a remodel. The entire downstairs is very cold.
